La jolie vue. Un restaurant populaire de bonne qualité à proximité. La gentillesse du personnel.
Chambre avec un équipement minimal dans un quartier pauvre (des personnes dormaient par terre devant l'hôtel) assez éloigné du centre-ville. Climatisation bruyante. Pas de rideaux aux fenêtres seulement des stores peu efficaces.

Courteous staff. Adequate and safe parking space for hotel guests. The kitchenette. Supermarket, laundromat, pharmacy, and coffee shop on the mall below the hotel. Decent sized swimming pool. Great city views.
The parking gate is located on a steep incline. Curly hairs on the floor upon room check-in. The lavatory is clogged. The faucet (in the kitchenette) is rusty, and the laminates on the wooden furnishings are peeling off. The rooms have seen better days. The toilet and bath are kinda old fashioned, and I am not a fan of their toilet seat (the lid keeps on closing when you sit). The hallway floors are dirty. I think the staff (or the interns) should clean the hallways early when only a few guests would be walking around, instead of chit-chatting before their shift.

Emplacement parfait. Tout le personnel est plus que pro. La vue la nuit est superbe j’étais au 27ieme étage. Un supermarché dans le même immeuble.

The location is great and the room overview at city. The pool is nice and my two kids enjoy playing at the pool everyday. The WiFi is so weak! need to improve the WiFi.

Room was big and had a lot of space. View from the balcony was amazing! Pool and gym was also really nice, outstanding value for money! Having a mall below is super helpful too

The room facilities, the location of the hotel is accessible to groceries, foods, pharmacy and cafés. The kids love the pool.

The place itself is very good and very accessible. I also love the free usage of the pool and the gym. It was a good stay for us. Thank you so much!
It would be so much better if you have bidet at least for us who wants to wash with water after pooping.😂 But over all the place is nice.

The room is super cold so it was our escape from the heat of Cebu City.
There's no bidet alongside the toilet bowl. It could have been a perfect stay should there have been a bidet. Also, the bed sheets could have been cleaned more as I felt some itchiness while sleeping.

The location was really good close to centre and the view was stunning.
Because of Corona Virus locked down we were forced to leave Cebu and cut our stay short. The hotel kindly agreed to refund us money for rest of our stay.
The room was lacking basic things such us cup for tooth brushes, hand soap and there was only old dispenser for shampoo/shower gel in the shower. The TV wasn't working and we had to call reception to fix it. The WiFi wasn't working either and when we asked receptionist she said that the WiFi in our room is under the maintenance and we can only use WiFi in hallway. normally it wouldn't be a big issue but because we had to return to Manila early due to Corona Virus locked down we needed to reschedule and book new flights and hotels and WiFi was at that moment necessity! When the cleaner came to tidy up our room she didn't give us more toilet paper or took the rubbish out of our room. The room had odd smell and then I discovered that the smell was coming from the cupboard underneath the sick. The last thing I would mention is that even though we had the balcony we couldn't access it as it was locked with sign "no access". So we struggled to dry our clothes after we return from tours. We wouldn't stay again in this hotel.

For a typical hotel. I was expecting more toiletries and utensils, Not even a single pair of spoon and fork 😂. Emergency phone is upon request. WIFI is dropping in and out.
Minus points balcony is lock though we understand it's for the safety of the guest.
But overall stay was good. 3.5. 👍
