Comfortable spacious and clean room. Location is great, plenty of shops within walking distance, great staff were friendly and accommodating.

I was carrying my son and Ma'am Nica offered to carry my luggage into our unit. She was friendly and easy to talk to. The place was simple and nice. I always like her beds. Yes, beds because it wasn't my first with her. 😊
Maybe a change of pots and frying pan would be lovely as I love fried eggs in the morning.

Staff.were great. I mean all them say hello wave .Had becony great veiw. I've seen lot bad reviews about elevators but I've seen no problem or ques at all

Nice view, nice apartment. Swimming pool and gym.
Wi-Fi worked very well. I felt really happy there.
Sometimes you must wait very long for the elevator.
There are so many people in this building: 55 floors and about 20 Condos on each floor above floor 9 (below is parking).

The shower heater doesn't work. Pictures are not the same as the actual.

in 5 days the bedsheet were changed only 1 time and towels 2 times after requesting it several time

The sewer in the bathroom sometimes smells.

Not well maintained unit including the amenities,the drainage system in the bathroom the foul smell comes out from the drainage , faucet leaking even when turned off and the refrigerator as well.There's no toiletries to welcome the guests.

The location is good as it is not far from the airport. It served its purpose as a stop over before flying in or out of Cebu

I like that it is accessible. There are food shops nearby. Easy to get transport.

For the first time I stayed in the apartment in 51st floor, so it was incredible. It had everything that is needed. Super clean, could see the amazing view. Love the swimming pool on 9th floor. WiFi internet was really good too. It is perfect even for longer stay. Wish I was there for longer days. 7 11 just next to the building which was helpful too and lots of taxi around too.
Had to wait sometime in the reception since the property owner would not always be there in the building. I realized she had asked her to message her about check in time but since I booked last hour, I could not check messages earlier. So, recommended to inform about your check in time earlier.

I like the room. It was clean and we were on the last room so it wasn't that noisy.
It was difficult to reach the contact person and i booked a sea view room but it was not followed.

The room is clean. Has a comfortable bed. Many good restaurants within walking distance or short taxi ride. Because of typhoon we extended 2 days and enjoyed the Netflix. Big refrigerator and plenty of dishes available. Great shower and pool. Will recommend and stay again.
Would have liked a better TV but it was ok.

The host was super responsive and accommodating. They made sure that everything is hassle-free from check in until checkout time. I appreciate them also for informing me that we can check in early. The unit has complete appliances which made our stay comfortable. Was happy that we were able to use the swimming pool. ❤️ Kudos to Maam Nica, her team, and Sir Jericho for the organized and super smooth process.
