Perfect location for visiting the Hannover messe. only a 5 minute walk..............but very expensive rates which are normal for the show timing. Not well connected to public transport if you have other plans

room was great, breakfast was great selection and the front desk staff were extremely helpful

not enough parking at ground level, as I didn’t think to reserve in advance and because I am handicapped it is hard for me to use their underground facility - - but this is my fault for not reserving a space ahead of time

Very close to Hannover Messe Hall 9+11 south gate 1, about 2 minutes walk.

No food except some breakfast and horrible coffee machine, no bar or drinks, walls are paper thin so you can hear the running water and any noise from next room, key doesnt work correctly for rear garden so I was locked outside for an hour trying to get in and no other way of escape - until other customer helped. No receptionist in evening I had to let customers in who then had to call to get some service. Room small, no coffee in room some T bags, room kettle struggled to boil (and dont leave it on as just keeps going), room very small, bathroom was OK though.

We were there just one night and with the car so location wasn't a problem. Room wasn't as big, but it has everything that we needed. Also, the shower was great.

Very helpful stuff. Big rooms. There is a fridge and a safe in the room. Big bed. It is located 5 min away by foot from the Messe Eingang Süd. Lift. I can recommend it for sure 👍

They cleaned everyday, however not very accurately, but that didn’t really caused any problems. Breakfast wasn’t good, however it is probably because of Corona time and a low amount of guests.

great breakfast, nice staff, good location if the connection to the motorway or "Messe" is needed.

The rooms were comfortable and big enough. Very nice for the price.

The only negative thing is that the staff didn't speak English. We were very lucky that someone in our group spoke German. But that's a common thing in Germany, not a lot of English, even at restaurants / hotels
