It was very clean and well kept. Everything was new and modern.

I loved the layout of the rooms and how spacious it felt! The rooms were very clean!

The place is nice

The Clark at the front desk is extremely rude! They accused me of smoking in the room! And charged me an additional $250 not accurate at all ! When I am out in public and smoke a cigarette I don’t toss my cigarettes butt onto the ground I will put the fire out and stick the cigarette butt into my pocket to throw away later ! Since I did toss them away I was accused of smoking in the room so I was charged a $250 fee !

Nice and clean

Someone on the 2nd floor Friday night was drunk and slamming doors and cussing for hours. No one could be located at front desk, and several people were down there to complain. Rooms were not as big as I thought they would be for the cost.

Leaving

Desk clerk was rude, and lied to us. Room was filthy, and mattresses were about 100 years old with old toppers and sinking in middle.

I can’t think to say anything bad. So clean, nice & spacious room. Over the years, I’ve noticed many hotel bathrooms weren’t getting cleaned like they should. Their bathroom was sparkling clean, stain free tub & I really appreciated that. Perfect location. Nice heated pool stays open til 9. Will be my new go to!

Customer service by Ron is exceptional, fast check in , very welcoming. Great with kids and family. Amy in the breakfast was awesome too. Keeping everything clean and organized making sure everything and everyone was fine. We do travel a lot for jiu jitsu, so we stay a lot in hotels , this hotel exceeded our expectations , staff like Ron and Amy is admirable. Super nice and very welcoming and attentive . Spaces were big, bathroom sparkling clean. Pool is awesome too. Breakfast in the morning has a good variety of options you can have for breakfast and Amy and Ron were there also making sure all of us had what we needed. This is a 5 start customer service and facility to stay for anyone staying in the Columbus area. Next competition we have here we are staying again at this hotel for sure. Highly recommended.

I only met 1 staff member, and get this HE IS THE OWNER. He was VERY RUDE, room was dirty, owner didn’t even offer to get room cleaned, he was trying to give me my money back before I even got the key to the room. I feel the owner is racist.
