Breakfast was very good, the staff was very friendly and helpful, they allowed us to check in a couple of hours early. After we checked in we couldn't get our TV to work. The staff was very prompt to respond to our call. Turns out the batteries in the remote were dead.

Flavored creamer would have been wonderful. More variety for little kids with breakfast bar.

Breakfast was adequate and always restocked. The rooms were clean and up-to-date. Staff was very friendly. My boyfriend's 7 year old bounced his small basketball too high and it got stuck on the roof to one of the entrances and the receptionist got it down for us. We were very grateful for the random act of kindness.

Highway noise is a bit loud but that's to be expected from any of the hotels in that location.

It was very complete for all different types of people…people who wanted a full hot breakfast, for those watching their weight, for those who like a lighter breakfast and for kids who enjoy pancakes, muffins, or waffles! And of course coffee!

Ourroom was beautifully appointed, clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. The only thing I didn’t like was the pillow. It was a bit firm for me.

Hotel and hotel room was very neat and clean. We were running behind for a wedding due to rain and info was checked and update over the phone to make it a couple steps quicker. Staff was really helpful.

Hotel was overbooked and we received an upgrade.

Not a big deal, but the shampoo/conditioner was empty and I forgot to pack mine.

room thermostat is motion controlled. I dont like a hot room when i come in from work, Nor do I like waking up hot.

Breakfast was wonderful, the hostess did a terrific job. The front desk person at check in and check out were both very pleasant.

Our shower head had a leak and sprayed out in to the bathroom. It soaked the floor in the bathroom and hallway before we noticed. We were lucky not to slip and fall. I did tell our front desk person at check-out and he was more than helpful. He even reduced our bill. He was very helpful and polite.
