Location, space and definitely the price - it was perfect as we were at a wedding on the Saturday at the Granary in Fawsley.

Kitchen, two bathrooms and beds in the main bedroom are very comfortable, the smaller bed suitable for children.

The ease and layout of the property. Brilliant for a couple with 2 young children. Very cosy and fully equipped with e everything we needed including essentials such as milk, tea and coffee! Very thankful to be able to have a cup of tea on arrival!

The cottage was exceptionally clean and beautifully presented, with everything you could need provided. The owner was extremely helpful in advance of our stay providing recommendations for places to eat and the telephone number of a reliable local taxi firm. Would definitely book again!

Breakfast was not included but any utensil you might need to make your own was supplied.
It was spotlessly clean. The main bedroom had its own bathroom, again spotless. The living room and kitchen area was furnished reality well with everything you could need for any length of stay.
Milk in the fridge with plenty of tea and coffee supplied. Nice TV with plenty of games/books to relax.
Nice village with a pub nearby.
Handy for a nearby great wedding venue we attended.
I can’t think of anything to improve the Cottage.

This cottage is fab, it was clean and tidy and of a high standard, my wife commented on how nice it was to have space rather than just a room to stay in.

nice and cosy, clean great to have a shower room with toilet and then a bathroom as well with toliet. Nice and quiet location and in pretty village. The cottage had all the amenities that you need in the cottage and all local amenities 😀😀

the cottage was really nice, with very comfy beds, and the house was very clean in a quiet location. Definitely had a home-from-home feel. I would stay again if we are in the area.

It's beautiful, so clean, modern, comfortable, the host so nice and friendly. Had loads of coffee and even fresh milk. Everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely cottage with ample space, the main bedroom has a large walk in wardrobe which was perfect as we were attending a wedding, en suite shower and huge bath in the main bathroom, great for families! We loved that there were tea and coffee facilities not just the sample few packets and there was fresh milk in the fridge- a lovely touch after travelling.
The beds were comfortable and the cottage was very clean, in the lounge there were board games, books and DVDs- again a lovely touch especially for families.
There wasn't anything we didn't like, we thought the cottage was perfectly priced for what we needed, we were there to attend a wedding locally

What a lovely find! Booked as a mini escape from refurbishments in own house. Great communication from owner, property was spotless and high quality. All facilities cpuld want and lovely touches like a small (real) Christmas tree. Good location and we took a short stroll to local pub which was also lovely - great, upbeat, knowledgeable staff and good atmosphere. Loved it and would highly recommend
