The apartment was in a good position in Cala Figuera with plenty terrace space with good size shared swimming pool and sun loungers if required. Good size bedroom with plenty storage and also a safe provided. Comfortable living room with kitchen facilities and dining table. Good air-conditioning unit in living room. The very helpful owner met us on arrival and explained everything in good English. Owner is available if you have any problems. We would highly recommend a stay in these apartments which are a short walk to various good restaurants and the lovely harbour of Cala Figuera. Superb local beaches a short drive, cycle or bus ride in Cala Santanyi and Cala Mondrago. Great market to visit in Santanyi on Wednesday and Saturday throughout the year.

It would be good to have screens to stop flies if leaving windows are open for the lovely sea breeze.

Salvador met us and explained to us everything we can do in the town. He is extremely friendly and super helpful. He recommend a place for breakfast which we wouldn't have gone to without his advice. There is little choice for dinner in the town, but the restaurant he recommended was good and very busy. Overall our experience was very good!

Salvador, the host, was very flexible to our needs. He met us when it was convenient for us. And handed over the keys when suited us. Always willing to help

The host was so lovely and easily contactable. The room had what you needed, was very clean, good aircon and was cute. The pool was nice and big and when we were there we got to enjoy it to ourselves. Great location walking distance to the water. Good value for money :)

Nothing. It was everything we needed! Basic but good

The owners were fantastic and accommodated our early check-in. They were really polite, friendly and gave some really good recommendations. Our accommodation very spacious, had everything we needed and a very large balcony. The pool was a decent size, the location was only a short walking distance from the shops, restaurants the port and a bike hire shop. We would happily stay here again.

While our room met our needs it was basic. The pool was a decent size and there were quite a few sunbeds but some had dipped in the middle and could do with either repairing/replacing.

We had a great time there. The Host was very kined, he recommend us every best place in the area, and the whole island too. Cala Figuera is a lovely small fishing villige. We will come back sometime.

The appartement were fully equiped. It is very quiet

The landlord were very rude. He terrorized the girls by threatening them because they were listening music arround 8:30pm. There are no activities interesting places near the hotel.

The hospitality of the landlord was terrific. Apartment was absolutely satisfying. Great value for money.

great value for money friendly owners

The kitchen is well equipped, lots of added extras like hair dryer and plenty of towels. It's very clean and air con is good too. The beds were comfortable. Lots of towels. Water heated up fast too. I didn't use the pool but it looked clean.

The immersion heater for the water was located in a wardrobe one of the bedrooms and was noisy. Essential food items for cooking like oil and salt would be good.
