Extremally nice Argentinian Receptionist. He made us feel very good and his friendly attitude effected our stay positively.

The property itself was beautiful, the location was quiet with a few bars and restaurants in walking distance.

For swimming I’d prefer to be closer to Santanyi beach.

The air conditioning was broken and therefore the room was 90+ degree Fahrenheit heat. There was not a screen door to the balcony to let in air without mosquitos eating us at night, so it was quite uncomfortable and we could not sleep.

Very friendly staff. The rooms are the perfect size and the design is gorgeous. I really liked the huge shower and highly appreciate the hotel’s policy on sustainability & environmental responsibility.

Unfortunately, the airconditioning was not working at all. The room temperature was constantly at around 28.5 degrees which made sleeping almost impossible. Apparently no maintenance was available and no other solutions/concessions have been offered.

looks to have been fully renovated so really does look the part! staff were incredible, it was my partners birthday and just little extras they added in for us made it that more special! really great location and felt a lot more authentic in a beautiful little town.

you can’t drink the tap water but that’s not a issue with a shop just round the corner!

We really appreciate the staff members, they were all very helpful. We had a very bad flight and they made us feel very at home. The food was excellent as well. And the views were absolutely remarkable. we will come back for sure!!! Thank you! Max & Laura

Everything was great.

You notice they reformed the hotel, just gorgeous what they did with it and it improved so much! It is the perfect location, beautiful hotel, great service and staff. I will be back!

The deck was very nice to have. The fan provided was adequate for the October night. Ample parking around the hotel.

Not enough power outlets

Very close to the port. We took only one night so it wasnt so much important for us.

Basic equipment, but without air-conditioning it was so hot and not so clean.

No parking. No air conditioning in the room. Was no problem for us because it was not that hot, but if you come during the summer might be a problem

it did not look like in the picture, no bedside lamps, orange pillows, older bathroom with old curtain…. i felt like they were purposely overpromising in the booking.com pictures to attract customers. when I asked them for a solution on Saturday at 7 pm they refused to handle it saying that next day will be Sunday. Appalling customer experience

The swimming pool was very nice, the bed was extremely comfortable. The surroundings were quiet.

The hotel was very expensive but very old (bathroom was broken, door was broken, etc)

If I would say one thing they were trying hard enough with live entertainment in the evening near the pool. But they were not trying with anything else for the rooms. The only reason they have 2 stars 1. No hotel has 0 star so that's the first star 2. They have a pool (which was well taking care of). That's all. Nothing with regarding anything in the rooms. The breakfast 3/5 There is ample free parking around the location

The mattresses were the worst, it's like they have been there ever since the 80s (only if the hostal was open then). Run down, NO A/C just fans in the room, no lift but that was not a problem for us, literally paper thin glass windows with wooden surroundings (gaps and cracked all over). Water spilling out of the shower which had a huge step before entering and had shower curtains which are not so hygienic. Would not recommend if these facilities remain like this and no improvements are done.
