Dieses 1752 Quadratmeter große Haus verfügt über einen privaten, eingezäunten Hof mit 2 alten Obstbäumen (Zitronenbaum und Grapefruit). Jetzt gibt es einen Orangenbaum, eine Feuerstelle und eine überdachte Terrasse zum Grillen.
Das Haus verfügt über 2bds / 2baths, mit Kingsize-Bett im Master und Queen-Size im 2. Schlafzimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, einen privaten Ausgang zur Terrasse, ein Hauptbad mit ebenerdiger Dusche und einen 55-Zoll-Fernseher, den Sie bequem von Ihrem Bett aus genießen können.
Das 2. geräumige Schlafzimmer hat einen großen Kleiderschrank und das 2. Badezimmer befindet sich direkt nebenan.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The home is beautiful, recently updated, and beautifully decorated. It is also clean as can be! We enjoyed the fruit tree in the backyard and the hummingbirds. Also loved to sit by the fire table in the evenings!

Out of all the VRBO rentals I have stayed at, this one was by far the best! From the moment I walked into the home, I felt welcome, and valued as a guest. The house smelled wonderful, Alexa was playing music… Then, I noticed all the extras the host left for me, such as a bottle of wine, chocolates, soaps, a great variety of spices… basically everything I needed! The grapefruit tree in the oasis of a backyard was an extra treat; the smell of citrus, the countless birds and butterflies that visited during the day (many hummingbirds!). I had a delicious grapefruit almost every morning with breakfast. The communication with the host was excellent! I 100% recommended this home, had a lovely stay. Thank you Trish!

The house had some improvements since the photos were taken with lovely plantation shutters. The kitchen, bath and laundry were fully supplied so no need to rush out for the basics. Communication with the owner was easy over text and quick responses. The use of the community recreation facilities requires a bit of administrative work, a small cost for ID cards, but well worth it. A great pet friendly rental.

Perfect place for my parents and me to stay while visiting family. We were able to relax in the evenings after busy days. We bought and made breakfast every day and sometimes went to the table outside if it wasn’t too hot. (August visit) I would stay here every visit if it is available.

We love this place - the secret must be out!
This was our second stay here and it was just what we needed. We were thrilled to have found this place and also thrilled to see that it was very well furnished and extremely clean. It is close to everything - golf, shopping, hiking. My husband enjoyed golfing at Westbrook Village and I enjoyed going for runs around the neighborhood. The secret must be out on this gem because it has booked up quickly!

Just what we needed. 2020 & 21 was both hard and wonderful, and we just needed to get away to somewhere quiet. This property and it's location was just what we needed. Close to stores and golf courses, access to everything was really easy. Make sure you check all cabinets before you go shopping, you will find petty much what you need. We were tired when we arrived, took a quick glance and headed to the store, only to buy what was already there. Trisha (owner) was great to work with and responded immediately to any questions or request we had.

Our 2 week visit
We stayed here for 2 weeks and it was great. The house is very clean and up to date. Plenty of amenities provided. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. We loved the backyard and the grapefruit tree was full of fresh fruit. I would definitely recommend staying here and would certainly stay here again.

Wonderful home in great community.
The moment we walked in the door, we loved the home. It is nicely decorated and very spacious. Good sized bedrooms, large master bath, very comfortable great room, and a good sized private back yard. Eating dinner outside this time of year was very pleasant.
Trish communicated with us promptly before the check in process, and everything went smoothly. He house is well stocked for kitchen ware, spices, and misc items like zip-lock bags.
The community center is fun, a nice pool. (We didn't do any other activities.)

Beautiful house!
This location is highly recommended. The property was so nice and accessible. It’s close to main roads while remaining secluded enough to be quiet and peaceful at all times of day.
The hosts are fantastic to deal with. They are highly responsive to all requests, and they reply with lightning speed. This is the second house owned by these hosts that we have stayed at, and without a doubt we will always look for their properties first before going anywhere else.
