Clean, great bathrooms and can't get any closer to the Palais!

We traveled to Cannes for the first time to attend MIPCOM and we were so fortunate to find this gem of an apartment so close to the congress and everything else we needed. There were three of us traveling together and having three bedrooms and three bathrooms was an absolute dream. The apartment is in the middle of everything you could need: shops, grocery store, restaurants, beach, etc. Even with the central location, the apartment itself was surprisingly quiet. I slept like a log. The apartment has everything you need: laundry, well appointed kitchen, AC in every room, even some rose in the fridge. The host Danny is fantastic and communicated so well with us. We drove into Cannes so our arrival was a little later than expected: his team was so easy to work with and very accommodating. I can't recommend this apartment enough. It was a joy to stay there and I hope to be back next year.

I highly recommend this property for families of 5 or 6. The kitchen has all necessary equipment and beds are comfortable as well.

Danny was so accommodating and quick to respond to all my questions So perfectly located and made our stay memorable We had our adult children come and go and with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths it was super! I can’t say enough how Danny was such a marvelous host and so attentive. He truly cared about our satisfaction. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment, it has all the necessary items, well kept and modern. Very well located, central, famous stores nearby. Friendly housekeeper. Parking buildings nearby. I will return once again.

Our 2 weeks in Cannes was one of the best holidays we have ever had! The apartment was fantastic - clean, well equipped and home from home. It was large enough for 6 people comfortably and has three bathrooms. The location of the apartment is fantastic. We constantly marvelled at how it was located in the centre of everything but once inside it was so quiet you could not hear a thing! You walk out of the apartment literally into the middle of Cannes with the marina and casino across the road, the main shopping street next to the apartment, a supermarket in the street parallel and so many cafes and restaurants. Before we arrived we had exchanged several emails with the owner Danny, who was so helpful with his suggestions. On arrival the apartment management greeted us and gave some wonderful tips on where to eat - just 5 mins walk from the apartment is a lovely quaint cobbled hilly street (old town) where the restaurants were reasonably priced for Cannes, delicious food and romantic setting but family friendly too. Our party consisted of 13 year old twins, parent and grandparents. There was always something for everyone to do, the grandparents enjoyed daily strolls and coffees. The children loved the nearby beaches and shopping! The train station is 5-10 mins walk from the apartment and its a 1 hour journey to Monte Carlo, approx 45 Euros for all six of us. There are other lovely stops along the way. Our favourite places to visit were St Paul de Vence and then Eze (which was recommended by the owner Danny). Both villages were so picturesque and Eze had breathtaking views with lovely cafes and restaurants and little shops to look round. We had a car as we drove from the UK but if we return we would fly to Nice as there really was no need for a car once there, the rail and bus services were so good! If you do travel by car there is a car park nearby to the apartment and cost approx 100 Euros for 2 weeks. As we stayed in the peak summer period it was exceptionally hot so the whole family found the apartment's location ideal as we could easily pop back during the day for a siesta or cool drink. The apartment was lovely and cool (also has aircon). I can't recommend this apartment enough - don't hesitate, book today!

We loved the location but the shower leaked, some of the air conditioners did not work. The supplies were very limited we ended up having to buy dish clothes, toilet paper, garbage bags, kitchen was minimally outfitted and more towels were needed for bathrooms. Overall maintenance audit should be done before each renter; such as checking light bulbs, air conditioning, etc. Some of furniture is in need of replacement.But again great location.

Very clean well styled apartment with all necessary electrical equipment. Perfectly located near the front and just 5 minutes walk to the old town and a supermarket just a couple of hundred yards away.

We were there on business so we needed a comfortable, well appointed apartment in a great location with easy to deal with managers and owners. This place ticked all those boxes. Recommended.

Just returned back from Cannes and have already booked to go back here for summer time!! It was a suprise trip for my girlfriends birthday She was over the moon when we arrived. We absolutely loved every minute of it. Super great location! Amazing Restaurants and bars just a stone throw away. Check in couldn’t have been easier and the apartment was spotless and clean. Great apartment for a family or big group of friends. We will defo be returning. Thanks Danny for making our time so special and hassle free. Highly recommend!!

Our family of 6 adults and an infant rented this apartment from October 21 to October 30. We found this on the site and our adventure began. I believe Daniel and I emailed each other 8 times about different things and he was always prompt answering and always very positve. We asked about a pack and play for the baby and by the next day he had bought one and it was in the apartment all set up when we arrived. We all had our bedrooms and baths and we had plenty of space for all of us. Location was wonderful. We walked out the door and we were in the middle of all the excitement of Cannes and all it offered, shopping, the markets, restaurants, bars, close to the marinas and a quick walk to the beach. We were also close to the Suquet, one of my favorite areas of Cannes. It has lots of great restaurants on a stone paved walkway up a hill with tables and chairs along the sides. Great food and great people watching!! If you are traveling by bus or train to Cannes, the apartment is only a 5 minute walk from the train station. The apartment is in a great location but amazingly, we never heard any street noise. One warning however, as you come out of the apartment the first thing you will see will be a gelato shop on the left and another across the street. Loved it!! Thanks Daniel and Carol for making our trip so easy to plan. It was a pleasure working with you and we hope to be back soon.

This is our second time staying at Danny's for a market, and I can't say enough. The process is easy, with good communication; the apartment is large with plenty of room for our entire delegation (6 guests); and it's proximity to the Palais and all major restaurants makes it a breeze at the market to get around to all necessary meetings. Thanks again Danny, we'll be back!

We have stayed at this apartment a number of times, its perfect location near to everything in cannes makes it a perfectly easy and convienent holiday break! The apartment is spacious, clean and tidy. The kitchen is practical and has everything you need whilst away on holiday, even a washing machine and dishwasher which we made is of! The wifi and television options were spot on for lazy mornings at the apartment. Location is amazing, directly opposite the port, the casino and local conscience shops, cafes and bakeries. Although it's right by everything, when your in the apartment looking out onto the courtyard you can't hear any of noise from the Main Street. Perfect lovely stay every time we come to cannes - would highly recommend!

Everything there you would want. Comfy beds, good showers, nice kitchen. Comfortable home from home in amazing location, in the very heart of Cannes, close to wonderful beaches. They were very helpful in giving us an extra night, when our return flight was cancelled, which helped in a stressful situation. Very happy

Well kept property, nicely decorated, spacious property. Well located in the heart of town.

Lovely clean, spacious, comfortable apartment and well appointed. Great location for shopping, beach, restaurants, la croisette, supermarket - everything you would want in very easy reach. Super!

The apartment is right in the center of everything, from your doorstep you can reach all restaurants, shops,beaches and port by foot. With 3 sleeping rooms and 3 bathrooms (one nice big and two others quite small) it is a good flat for families. Air condition did not work in the living room but there was one in every sleeping room which was good and very useful. Carol, who manages the flat in Cannes was very approachable and helpful.

The apartment was spotless and well air conditioned when we arrived. Rob was waiting for us, and went through all instructions. All the rooms were set up the way we wanted as we got there, and all rooms have air conditioning (4 totals). The whole apartment is quite contemporary looking, and very, very clean. Our family of 5 loved it. The location cannot be any better; a very short walk to markets, restaurants, the beach, and shopping. Highly, highly recommend this apartment.

For a large family of 7 people this apartment was perfect. As we are used to North American standards ( beds,etc) this place ticked all the boxes. Now we are fortunate to be blessed to have the needs and opportunity to stay in a number of 5 star hotels on this European vacation but in Cannes most hotel rooms are quite and very expensive thus we decided to book this apartment. Everything about this place met or exceed our expectations. Thank you Danny we will certainly recommend your place to all our friends

Myself and my partner just returned from a wonderful five night stay in this lovely apartment located in La Croisette right in the heart of Cannes. Everything was right on our doorstep from, shop's, bars, restaurants, the casino and beach! I also enjoyed taking full advantage of the lovely kitchen and its variety of cooking utensils for some lazy mornings and a couple of evenings cooking in what felt like our home from home. Having the choice of three bathrooms was fantastic as it meant getting ready at the same time... A luxury I've not experienced before but could certainly get used to. Would like to say a big thankyou to Danny and Carol for ensuring our stay in Cannes was memorable, pleasurable and hassle free. Thanks so much guy's we look forward to our return. Tot and Darren xx
