The location! So nice to be able to lay by the pool in front of the beach and pick beach or pool to swim in. Staff were friendly, the food and drinks are good also.

Everything was fabulous the room the facilities the staff the beach the pool the food ( mostly) all super fantastic! The back pool was awesome escape when you felt like having less people around. The beanbags for beach sunset with fire pit was lovely. Lovely finish to a great holiday.

Only one small dislike at dinner my meal came after my Husband had finished his and then it was wrong meal so sent back. Another 15 mins later arrived and only 25% discount! Not given as a complimentary meal given I ate 45 minutes after my husband finished his meal!

the location is awesome, the front pool and restaurant area is great but then there is the rear pool more for just guests to go use. the beach is only steps away. The staff were great

The hotel was fresh and clean, with lovely decor. All the staff were so kind and helpful for anything you need. special shout-out to Sam who went the extra mile during our stay. The food and drinks were a good price and very enjoyable. The atmosphere is the best on the island and definitely the most popular. I had a birthday celebration and everyone made me feel so special. The sunsets here are always amazing.

The beach beds were sometimes damp after the rain due to the material but an easy fix.

the bathroom in our room had really dirty grout tiles that looked like they needed to bleached or something but our room itself was spectacular.

The location is great, very central, and the rooms were immaculate and nicely decorated and had everything you need. The staff were all helpful and accommodating. There are two pools - one at the beach club and the other at the back of the resort for guests only so you have the choice for some quiet or a more lively experience - both were great. We managed to get beach front lounges on our final day - that was a great spot! We loved the fire pit on the beach at sunset as well - that made for a really beautiful evening.

We had a room close to the bar so at night the music was quite loud but they turn it off before 10pm and we expected the music - we were staying at a beach club, so it was fine.

Ohana’s is beautiful, modern and clean, right on the beach and has great service.

Food in restaurant is great but more expensive than other places on the island - also as they have DJs/music every night it may be too loud for some people.

We have stayed a few times now but this trip was definitely our last stay at Ohanas. We always stay in the 3 bedroom villa with our adult kids and what was once a very private villa now has the adjacent new 2nd story rooms looking straight into your living, kitchen and pool area. The new 2nd story restaurant also looks into your bedrooms and living areas and on most nights the bar has pumping music, loud guests and that all travels straight into your living area and bedrooms. Christmas lunch was more than disappointing. Unfortunately on the day we did have terrible weather and the hotel did do its best to set up to accomodate this. After booking well in advance we arrived with family for lunch and were offered a wet lounge in the rain and told we could put some towels down if it was too wet to sit on! We did request to be moved upstairs into the restaurant and were given a great table out of the weather. The service was of the poorest standard I have ever experienced, we waited over 1 hour for some of our drinks to arrive while a table of visiting guests from outside of the hotel managed to be served cocktail after cocktail with no service issues at all. After 2 hrs 45 mins of waiting for our Christmas lunch that never arrived we decided to leave in disgust. We got a very weak apology from management and an offer to cover the drinks bill which was very minimal considering it took so long for a drink to arrive. We were also offered a free makeup dinner that we decided to decline as we had no interest in dining in the hotel after our experience. So at 3:00 we finally had Christmas lunch down the road at Tigerlillys and its was amazing food and fantastic service!! I feel Ohanas is now all about the beach club image and visiting cocktail crowd and have no interest in staying guests needs. We've been coming to this beautiful island for over 30 years and loved our first few stays here but it was definitely a different feel this trip
