Two Bedroom Riverfront Log Cabin
Zwei-Zimmer-Hütte am Flussufer an der Schroon River Road. 468 'privater Flussufer.
Diese makellose Blockhütte ist hell und luftig und komplett möbliert und gut ausgestattet, einschließlich Zentralheizung, Waschmaschine / Trockner, Mikrowelle, Festnetztelefon, WIFI, Flachbildschirm mit HDMI-Kabelanschluss und Apple TV. Bitte bringen Sie Ihr Tablet oder Ihren Labortisch mit den entsprechenden Anschlüssen mit.
In unserer Region ist kein Kabel- oder Satellitenfernsehen verfügbar. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Ein Set pro Kunde und Aufenthalt. Es gibt 2 Parkplätze und Platz für einen Bootsanhänger.

Absolutely beautiful cabin and property with a wonderful view of Schroon River. Very cozy and comfortable. From the moment we walked in we felt such a peace. We loved staying here and hope to be back soon! Maria, the owner was wonderful and very communicative.

We love our time here! The cabin is spacious, warm and cozy, and overlooks the Schroon River. we enjoyed being able to see and hear the sound of the water. Maria was very responsive and helpful, and everything was smooth and easy. We are looking forward to going back!

This is a really nice property, however you do need to bring your own garbage to the landfill. This was not specified in the listing until the house rules were sent. The landfill is close by but it is not open everyday. If you stay here make sure you check out on a day that the landfill is open or you will be stuck with your garbage.

Wonderful Adirondack cottage on the Schroon River, We left the patio doors open all night and the running water put us to sleep, Close to Lake George, Bolton Landing and the high peaks area. Maria was an excellent host and replied to all our questions quickly. Cottage had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Thanks for helping us to have a wonderful vacation.

Great little cabin by the Schroon River! We loved listening to the river in the background. Very secluded and private. Perfect distance to Lake George and Bolton Landing with access to main roads much closer than expected. Highly recommended!

Wasn’t very understanding of the air pollution from the fires in Canada said she would contact Vrbo so we could cut both of our losses but she never did and said she would get back to me much later I contacted her again but have not heard back at all also I have also I due want to note I told her I have COPD which is a lung issue and was advised by the NYS department of health to remain inside and reduce outdoor activity my doctor advised the same I was bringing both my dogs to enjoy ourself and relax we were looking forward to this trip!

This place is a literal dream. You can see the river from almost every room and its Gorgeous. The wood stove was so lovely at night. Really quiet and the river put me to sleep every night. Maria was so kind through my entire stay. So many great hikes in the area and beautiful lakes. I’m already planning another trip!

The house was fantastic. Very clean and has everything you need. It is updated and ver comfortable and homey. Being so close to the river was great. Nice way to fall asleep every night.
There is a dog park in Chestertown and a dog beach at Lake George.

We loved our stay here. It's only about 20 minutes from Lake George and fit me and my husband in the master bedroom, and my mother and stepdaughter in the 2nd bedroom. We loved sitting on the deck right next to the river and the general atmosphere of a cabin in the woods (:

better than expected!
Nice and cozy dwelling looks like in the middle of nowhere ( that what I was dreaming about!), but at the same time within short drive to all the needed places of civilization: supermarket, pharmacy, you name it, even liquor store where I found some “exotic” brandy made in Ukraine ! Maria’s place is immaculate, very easy to communicate with host, was getting immediate response. Thank you for keeping your place so well! There is everything you may think about ( even spare batteries for TV remote control! usually it becomes a real ordeal when you need them!) Comfortable beds, clean linen and warm fluffy comforter. The bathroom and shower deserve a special word, it is really big and warm, no matter how cold is outside, that I did not expect, there is wonderful hand-held shower head, you can get your own spa experience easily. I cannot find words to properly describe the location itself, you should better see it with your own eyes. Again, I wish to keep it as my little secret, because this place definitely gets in my “go back list”. I can tell this place has a lit if “pros”, If you ask me about “contras”, the only thing that might bother some people it is the river is a little “noisy”, not for me! I love this “white noise”, sleeping as an angel under the river’s lullaby. Another “inconvenience”, which is actually a nuisance, you have to take off all the garbage and bring it to the nearest landfill, pay attention to their schedule, by the way! But this is nothing compare to all the positive things and emotions that we get during our one week stay. And I did not mention the wood-stove yet! The smell of burning wood and watching the fire during chilly night is a special experience bringing childhood memories! My rate is 10 out of ten ++++. Thank you Maria, hope get back soon!

Great Riverside Cabin
We loved our stay. The cabin was perfect for me and my husband and our 4 legged family member! Directions for check in were easy and everything at the cabin was great. While the cabin is close to the road there is very little traffic and the noise of the beautiful river right below blocks any traffic sounds. I would highly recommend this location

Warrensburg River Cabin
We had a lovely week-long stay here. The cabin was adorable and clean. The location was fabulous with the sound of rushing water from the river below. We were able to explore the park yet we were within easy driving distance of Warrensburg, Bolton Landing, and Lake George…for restaurants, shops, and groceries. Thank you so much!!

Stunning
This property was even better than advertised! Everything exceeded expectations. The location is perfect, serene and secluded. Getting to Bolton and Lake George is a short drive away and very convenient. Also went to Lake Placid which was an hour drive. You will not be disappointed in booking this property. Highly recommended.

Relaxing getaway
The cabin was just as pictured - comfortable, in a convenient location and well-equipped. We preferred staying in the woods over the bustle of Lake George and yet we were close enough to go in for dinner, walks and boat rides. The cabin is convenient to so many great hikes and we also rode bikes on the Warren County Trailway (not for the faint of heart). Prospect Mountain, the Pinnacle and the hike behind the Hub at Brant Lake were beautiful and only a short drive away. At the house we enjoyed sitting on both decks and listening to the roar of the river. The big kitchen and bath were a real plus. Note that you have to keep your dog on a leash here as there are six-foot drops off the back ledge and a country road with speeding cars in the front. Walking on this road is not great with a dog. We had to take the car and find places to give her exercise safely. Even though you're close to 87 that's not a problem - all you can hear is the rush of the river, all night long, which is a good thing.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
My husband and I had a beautiful weekend at Maria’s cabin. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the porch and listening to the sounds of the River. The cabin has everything you need- the kitchen is beautifully renovated, which isn’t shown in the photos. It is a great location for exploring the lake George area. Maria was helpful and checked in with us prior to check in and check out. We’d love to come back some day soon.

Beautiful cabin and awesome location
We enjoyed the riverfront cabin so much. It was the perfect size for us. It was nice to use the wood burning stove fire place because it warmed the cabin and it gave it such a oozy feeling. Being that the cabin is right next to the river, you can hear the bustling sounds of the river. The cabin is near to many outdoor activities also. I recommend!

Winter getaway
We were looking for someplace to relax, play board games, cook and have our two and a half year old try sledding for the first time. This was a great property and provided just what we needed. Will definitely be back!

this cabin was everything we hoped for and more. maria was super accommodating, the views were stunning, the cabin was absolutely perfect. gore mountain is a gem. we had the best week here, we look forward to coming back.

Amazing spot!!
Our family very much enjoyed staying at Marie's cabin for the week. The place is very well kept, and you can't beat the views of the river. We will definitely be back for another stay sometime in the future.

From the moment we got out of the car, sniffed the crisp air, and heard the rushing Schroon River, we knew we were in the right place. The snug cabin is very close to the riverside and we could see and hear the rapids inside or on the porch. We found everything we needed for our stay and were quite comfortable in the cabin. Trips to Lake George, Fort Ticonderoga, and the Shelburne Museum in Vermont were highlights. Good hiking and bicycling were available nearby. All in all, a very nice week.
