Location was great, the apartment was beautiful and very clean!

I liked it all!

Great location, excellent kitchen to cook in, comfy beds, cute cottage.

Floors were filthy in bedrooms with old candy and dirty socks under the beds...palmetto bugs in the closet. Stains on the bedding. Too chunky of furniture for small spaces of cottage.

The property was at a great location. The kitchen had everything you needed and more. Walking distance to the beach.

I didn’t like about the property was the 10:00am check out. And the master bedroom bed was uncomfortable and the shower curtain in the master bedroom had mildew on it.

2nd time staying at this property and loved it even more. The cottage is comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Love the proximity to the beach.

The tv’s were confusing and hard to turn on. Had to get out 10 year old to figure them out! Also, the smoke detectors kept going off when there was no reason for them to. That was frustrating and scary. Maybe some guidelines for both issues would be helpful.

The size and roominess of the cottage great.

Found trash in dresser drawers, gum stuck on nightstand and food under bed, kitchen appliances were dirty and not wiped off, light under microwave didn't work, broken shelf in cabinet beside range, ice maker doesn't work, food in dishwasher, upstairs bathroom towel rack and toilet paper holder weren't secure and fell off when used. Floors had a dirty skim over them.

Location was very good, near shopping and beach. Rooms were comfortable,nice decor

Rented because advertised hot tub. But no hot tub on-site, even was told by operator where it was located, but no. Needed work several doors would not close, black looking mold or stains under one bathroom sink. Dirt and food under dining table, toe nail clippings on floor in upstairs bath, bedroom door had to be slammed to close, would not lock. Hand prints on all appliances and walls. Broken lamp, dishes needed washed. Provided no trash bags. Hair in shower, on soap dispenser and counter.
