The location is great, beach access is good with a nice deck and comfortable chairs. The ocean views from the oceanfront rooms is perfect. The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful.

There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like. The structure is older and a little worn but it’s a great value for the price. The only inconvenience was that the coffee pot didn’t work in the breakfast room and you had to go downstairs to get coffee but I don’t think that could be helped.

The location on the water was perfect.

The Bay view was very disappointing. The residents beside the hotel could look right in the room from their property. The windows should be tinted so no one can look in. The bathroom are really small. The room was not clean. There was dust and mold on the ac unit. The floor in the room was not clean.

The location of this property was excellent right on the beach and near attractions and restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. Off-season pricing was fantastic. It’s an older property but well maintained.

The entire hotel is very dirty. With the amount of staff it should be clearer. House keeping were the only ones really working... The older lady that answers the phone is very bothered by you asking for anything. When checking on there was a very rancid smell in our room. Not sure maybe a dead mouse or bad black mold? We asked to change rooms and she sent Maintenance up to see and he unwillingly agreed it smelled he left and came back with a large Lawn and Garden Pump Sprayer full of Lysol spray and started spraying the ceiling bed basically the entire room. I said I have a headache and would like to please move rooms. So He called the lady at the front and she on the walkie talkie not wanting to finally agreed.

Absolutely loved the view of the ocean from my balcony. The sound of the waves and fresh air is a major stress relief. I’m going through a divorce and just needed some time just me and my son. The ocean has always been my stress reliever.

Outside balcony doors could actually be painted.

Location was amazing! Directly on the beach and our room had ocean view. The entire staff is super friendly and everyone seemed to love dogs!

The facility is a little outdated and our bathroom had issues draining the water in the bathtub and in the sink. The housekeeping missed a few days to make up our room and we needed to get fresh towels and toilet paper at the front desk on those days.

Very old. Th huge soaker tubs in the sleeping areas could be removed. They take up a ton of space which could be used for a sitting area to give the room more appeal. Landscaping and parking lot need help some TLC too.

The Food flavor was sub-par - Food was not particularly hot. Coffee did not have cream - just little creamers, the actual pitchers for the cream was empty.

Ocean front and very clean. Friendly staff!!

Pet friendly but we knew that before we booked. What we didn’t know was that some of theses “pet” parents would let their dogs (most of them where big) use the bathroom and never clean it up or even worse just kick sand over it. Sadly the hotel can’t control that.

rooms need updating. Elevators were dirty. Rooms and bathrooms very basic which I would understand if this was located off a major highway. But this was a tower located on the ocean in the Outer Banksof NC. And the rental rates were very high. I would not stay there again.

The staff was very sweet! They were wonderful!

There was only one elevator the entire week. The carpeting was stained in the main areas and in the rooms. There was no regular room cleaning service. The amount of money we spent was outrageous for the decrepit hotel in which we stayed. We will not be staying here ever again!

Great location, right on the beach, clean and comfortable rooms, professional staff and reasonable rates. Breakfast was nice and included with the stay. Hotel is undergoing some updates but that didn't affect our stay.
