Dies ist ein sehr komfortables und hochwertiges Studio zum Mieten. mit kostenlosem WIFI und Klimaanlage (Münzbetrieb) Port Royale ist eine sehr beliebte Anlage mit eigenem Gemeinschaftspool und großer Sonnenterrasse mit kostenlosen Sonnenliegen. Der Komplex verfügt über ein italienisches Restaurant (und zum Mitnehmen) und einen Waschsalon. Es befindet sich neben zwei großen 4-Sterne-Hotels, die ausgezeichnete abendliche Unterhaltungsprogramme und umfassende Sporteinrichtungen (einschließlich Bowling, Tennis, Sauna usw.) bieten. Nice quiet location didn't expect kitchen and bedroom with no wall separation. I suffer with heart and lung problems.

Great communication from the owner prior to arrival with regards to key access to the property. The studio was spotless upon arrival. Clean towels were provided. Everything was provided as promised. The beds were comfortable, all the kitchen facilities were available should you wish to dine in. English Tv. Lovely quiet complex. The heated pool was an absolute triumph. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

The apartment was pretty much as advertised,if a little more dated than expected.
WiFi good and everything you needed was supplied. The owner was very quick to respond when we had password problems with the Wi-Fi - replied to email within 10 mins and all was sorted.
Stay was worth the price but the property is in need of a face lift.

Few things to improve it.could do with some new utensils for kitchen.no bread knife.beds need changing.squeek everytime you move.im a big guy n i had to sleep on sofa.toilet roll holder falling off.could do with an awning outside too.not sure the set up for the doors are safe.fire safety risk.nice enough complex but have reservations?

Super clean studio that had everything myself & my daughter needed for a short 4 day break. The apartment itself was exactly as shown in the photographs. The pool area is lovely & never an issue getting a sun bed. There is a water machine available close to the pool charging 10 cents a litre, which was really handy for top ups during the day or to refill larger bottles rather than carrying them up from the supermarket. From our initial booking & throughout our stay, communication with the host Ed was excellent, nothing was an issue & he was always quick to respond. The walk downhill to the harbour is approx 15/20 mins, alternatively there are good bars and restaurants within a 5 min walk, along with a decent supermarket. As others have mentioned, the last 5min or so walk back up to the apartment can be challenging due to it’s steepness but we didn’t find this a negative but a keep fit positive!! For those who’d rather jump in a taxi, the fare is less than 4 euros. Altogether a fantastic place on a quiet well maintained complex, I would highly recommend.

Fantastic apartment in a brilliant location that has obviously been thought about so well. You have everything you need, plus the little extra’s that make a difference.

Myself and my teenage daughter stayed here for a short break and it was perfect for us. A safe, quiet residential complex with private pool in a newly renovated area. Ed, the owner was friendly and helpful leading up to and during the trip. The apartment has everything you need and more and was comfortable, well maintained and as seen in photos. The complex is situated at the top of a hill and took us 15-17 mins to walk to the main beach area. Fine for us but there’s a taxi rank nearby and the rates are reasonable. Nice restaurants and supermarket within short walking distance. Thank you Ed for your lovely apartment

I stayed four nights in Ed’s place and had a wonderful rest. It’s super clean, had everything I needed and was very comfortable. Easy to find with great instructions and everything in working order. The pool is literally 3 mins walk away and never too packed to find a sun bed. Thank you for making it so easy for me to relax. Would definitely return.

There are plenty of taxis and taxi ranks if you don't fancy the uphill walk back. A taxi from the beach was only 3.50e. There is a very helpful lady who runs the onsite office who speaks English & Spanish if you do need any help. The owners provided excellent instructions for finding the apartment. Excellent WIFI. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Chill week with my best friend
We had a lovely week at this beautiful studio apartment. I know Port Royale very well and usually stay in my Uncle’s place in the complex. The communication with Ed was very good and we had no problems at all while we were there. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a peaceful, comfortable stay.

This is a lovely apartment in a peaceful residential complex. The owner was always on hand to help with any issues that arose during my stay. It is at the top of a hill but this does not bother me. Only a short walk away from shops, restaurants, beach etc. I travelled alone and always felt safe.

Had a wonderful stay in a location we are very familiar with.

There is a supermarket and couple of restaurants with in 5 min walk, we had our breakfast at Hollywood Mirage everyday with a all you can eat buffet served from 08.30 - 11.00. Lovely relaxing week.....
The Port Royale complex was very quiet and well kept. We walked to the beach each day and got a taxi back costing 3.15 euros as the hills were too steep to walk as I have an illness. Apartment was clean and tidy, with everything required for a short stay.

Very well equipped studio. Excellent Wi-Fi. Lovely pool area. Very clean. Had a problem with entry code on arrival due to home and away website. Ed sorted it asap and rest was plain sailing. Recommended.

Flat was very modern and comfortable.
When we arrived ed the owner was there to meet us. He was very helpful with wifi and told us what we needed to know. Port royale is very quiet we enjoyed that as we went for a quiet break. We didn't use the pool as we prefer the beach. We walked down to beach every morning and got a taxi back up as we knew how steep the climb is to the apts only cost 3.15 euros. Would have been nice to come back to a comfortable chair on patio as you get the sun from 2 onwards. Was dissapointed when found hairdryer fell apart when I picked it up so had to do without . all in all was a lovely quiet break.

Very modern in style and decoration, a little small inside
The property is very modern in style and decoration and has clearly been updated to good standard. It was, however, from our point of view, a little small inside.
The complex was very nice, well-maintained and quiet with restaurant and supermarket facilities nearby. The complex is situated at the top of a steep hill and because of the location may not be suitable for people with leg or back injuries or breathing difficulties, or the disabled or elderly.
The owner was professional, polite and efficient to deal with answering queries promptly.
Overall, I would recommend the property.

We have enjoyed our stay in this Apartment, with everything we needed, the only request I would ask is cushions for the chairs on the patio area as we used this a lot,
The complex was very clean, quiet and friendly residents.
With plenty of supermarkets and restaurants only a short walk away your spoilt for choice.
A nice 15 min walk down the hill and your at the beach front.
