Nos gustó mucho la ubicacion, la limpieza, la tranquilidad, que es real el lugar, la relación precio lugar,.

Sufrimos con la estufa electrica con un solo puesto, eso limitó mucho la preparacion de los alimentos, falta mejor dotacion en la cocina.

Las instalaciones son excelentes. La piscina es genial y el sistema para acceder es muy intuitivo.

La limpieza del cuarto, el horno microondas estaba sucio y huele un poco a húmedo el cuarto, le falta ventilación.

The fact they make you pay directly, with all complications involved if not Mexican, is beyond me. I do not understand Booking is allowing this practice.

the location of the property was good.

The mattress was completely worn out that there was no more cushion left in it . Since there was no more cushion left in the matters , the bed frame rails started hurting my back and I got severe back pain . The towels were tone . Just horrible

The pool was nice and it’s in a great area great for a couple of nights or passing through

Checking in was very difficult and you have to do some online banking transfers before you check in

They didn't let me in, the door was closed. After that they started write me that they weren't find my email address, despite it is in my Booking profile. I was extremely tired after the flight and I had to look for another place to stay! I was offended!

They don't care about their clients!

check in process seemed overly complicated easier to just pay on booking.com. Issue with double paying but staff were very helpful and diligent in sorting that out.

It is near the Palapa Park.

The name of the place couldn’t be made any smaller. It was so small that it was hard to read and locate. Tried contacting the property manager with no luck through the number provided and WhatsApp too. If you’re going to manage a property you have to be readily available 24/7. The place doesn’t run itself. What if you have a plumbing issue and the water starts to flood the establishment? Horrible experience. Do not book here you will regret it. You will be standing in the street with your luggage at hand.

Impossible to have the key because no receptionist and no answer on Whatsapp. No code for the door was given to me before I left. I had to look for a nearby hotel for the night of January 26. I am requesting a refund for the night of Jan 26 as I had to pay $1200 MEX pesos for not being able to contact the hotel (no WhatsApp response, no gate code so no key and able to enter) .

Location was OK.

First they did not inform me in advance there is an entrance code, they send me an email, but late. The matrace was the worse out of the places we stayed during our 3 weeks trip, old and crapy. No extra toilet paper given for 3 nights even we asked for. Swimming pool dirty and next to construction work. Last night party by the pool, but as not a reception person, no one noticed. Don't use it, not worth it. No 4 star whatsoever.

The appartment is very well located and was easy to find. It is within walking distance from the bus terminal in Cancún. Entering the building was managed by a door code and the keys for the room were provided inside. I liked that way of "check in" because the time of arrival does not really matter so you don't have to stress yourself about that. Check out was done the same way - by simply leaving the keys and locking the door. The room was of a good size and perfectly clean. Bathroom and shower were also spaceous and clean. There would have been a small kitchen which I didn't use, but it was equipped with all necessities. The room was also equipped with air conditioning. The terrace (which can be used by all guests) is large and clean and also the pool was clean.

I like the central location. I liked the balcony.

No coffee pot. Bedding was well used with blood stains. The freezer was frozen up.

As always the location and good looking place.

Didn't have water the first day and kinda moldy smell and not the best wifi connection.

Room didnt have any window so there is smell as mold. Little bit like in cell. For 1-2 nights can be ok, but for longer stay the smell can be unpleasant
