Beautiful Updated/Decorated Quaint Cottage in the Heart of Fredericksburg
Dieses Haus ist wunderschön! Das Haus liegt neben der Fredericksburg Herb Farm, nur 4 Häuserblocks von der Main Street entfernt, und bietet alles, was Sie sich für einen Kurzurlaub auf dem Hügelland vorstellen können. Die Besitzer sind erfahrene Homeaway / VRBO Gastgeber mit mehreren beliebten Vermietungen. Sie wissen, wie man es richtig macht! Das Haus wurde komplett entkernt und Anfang 2018 wieder aufgebaut. Es hat High-End-Geräte, Elektronik und ist voll mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie für Ihren Aufenthalt benötigen könnten. Es wird derzeit ein riesiges Landschaftsgestaltungsprojekt durchgeführt und wird eine Grill- / Feuergrube, einen überdachten Spalier-Außenspeiseraum, einen regulierenden Boccia Ball Court und Hufeisen in einem großen, halben Morgen großen Garten haben, der zu einem Bach zurückfließt. Mit dieser Vermietung können Sie nichts falsch machen! Beide Schlafzimmer sind gut mit Doppelbetten ausgestattet. Das Haus verfügt über Kabel, WLAN und Flachbild-TV in jedem Zimmer. Das Badezimmer hat einen antiken Waschtisch und eine schöne neue Dusche. Es ist zu Fuß zu einem der besten Restaurants der Stadt, Fredericksburg Herb Farm und ist nur 4 Blocks von der Hauptstraße in der Nähe von Hondo's und Crossroads. Das Landschaftsgestaltungsprojekt wird Ende September rechtzeitig zum Oktoberfest stattfinden. Weitere Bilder folgen im Laufe des Projekts.

We enjoyed our stay and the owner was wonderful! I gave 4 stars as we were very disappointed that after we found the porch light switch as well as the GFI plug the patio lights did not work. So our plans to sit out on the patio with a glass of wine after dinner didn’t happen.

Absolutely perfect place for small groups or families. The home has been beautifully decorated & includes anything & everything you could ever need. We visited at the end of May so it was a bit hot to use the giant well manicured backyard as much as we’d liked but gives us an excuse to visit again later this year! Rent with confidence from this host, you will not be disappointed.

We loved our stay at this cute house in Fredericksburg. It had all the amenities needed and was super clean. Our 2 dogs had a great time also. The yard is fenced and really big. We loved walking to the Herb Garden restaurant and getting great meals. The area is walkable and close to town. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great time, was with my kids and dog. It was a hiking trip and we spent time hiking at enchanted rock and inks lake. The location was perfect to get dinner in town after a day of hiking. The property was well decorated, clean and comfortable with a beautiful backyard our dog loved. Very relaxing and peaceful. A much needed break from living in a big city with a meaningful but stressful job. Hope you book and enjoy your stay! Spring is especially lovely with Texas wildflowers and we were blessed with perfect weather.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and once again we were impressed. Great location at the edge of town. Clean and had lots of amenities, including a great fire pit complete with deer watching in the evening! Dustin was very responsive and great to work with. I highly recommend this place.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The location was perfect and the neighborhood around the home was quiet and had beautiful scenery. The backyard is set up nicely for having cook outs and plenty of space to run around. We had a 1 year old with us and though it wasn’t fully baby proofed, we didn’t have a single accident. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of supplies needed for cooking and eating. The home stayed plenty warm at night and cool during the day, lots of natural light in all the rooms as well. Communication with the host was also super easy. He responded in under 2 mins when we messaged him, and answered any questions we had. We highly recommend this home and plan to stay here again next time we visit Fredericksburg!

This property was incredible! The home was very clean, updated and included almost everything a traveler would need. Its proximity to Main Street and all the shops and dining establishments is a big bonus! We highly recommend this property if you are ever visiting this German Hill Country hamlet!

The property was very nice. On the last night we had friends of the owner arrive a day early with the same access code for the door and just walk in on us without knocking, even though our car was parked in the carport and lights on inside, obviously someone inside. We were quite disturbed, then quite uncomfortable the last night.

Had a great stay for 2 nights! We were two adult couples in town to celebrate a milestone birthday. House was perfect for four of us. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Really enjoyed the outdoor area under the pergola where we had wine in the evening and enjoyed our morning coffee. Arrived on a warm Friday afternoon and was initially concerned about the AC but it did cool down over the course of the evening. Fridge had been left open so was not cold when we arrived but it was working fine by the next morning. Great location…easy Uber ride or drive to everywhere we wanted to go.

The property was just as advertised. Clean and well decorated. Close driving proximity to everything in town. Beds were very comfortable. Communication with owners was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for better. I was so happy to be under the car port with my new car when a hail storm came through ! We will return. Thanks for a great stay.

Well appointed home, great for dogs as property is completely fenced, backing up to creek. Host easy to get hold of and responsive. Nearby Herb Garden was within walking distance and made a great lunch destination (also dinner on weekends). Would definitely come back.

My in laws came in for the 4 weekend and we wanted to show them Hill Country. This was the perfect place.. big huge roomy shared kitchen & dining area. We had morning breakfasts together, walked to Main Street for dinner the first night. The next day we spent the morning shopping (there are maps by the front door), did the Wildseed Winery tours, and enjoyed an evening by the fire pit in the backyard after playing horseshoes. We would have loved another day!

The house was fantastic for me and my 2 daughters. It was very comfortable and beautifully decorated!!
The only reason I give it a 4 instead of a 5 is the issue with the refrigerator and outdoor lighting. The fridge wasn’t working when we got there and after several hours we contacted the owner. We were told to unplug for an hour and it should work. It finally got to the correct temperature at 2 in the morning and we were able to put our groceries in. We also had to deal with some ice melting from the freezer outside the ice maker. In addition we couldn’t ever get the outside lights to work even after resetting the GFI as instructed on directions on the door so never got to enjoy the beautiful outside at night.

The house was clean and neat. If you have a dog the back yard is great. Our dachshund loved it. We had fun discovering that we couldn't throw horse shoes. We also enjoyed the close proximity to Main Street for shopping and eating. Great place for a stay.

This house sits in a great location and the backyard is awesome. Bocci Ball court and horseshoes was an added bonus and a very nice fenced yard for your pup! House is laid out well and would be a good stay for 3-4 people. Appliances and utensils are a little dated, but we didn't do a lot of cooking. We especially appreciated the hosts communication, the location, carport with lit security, and the quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and the one bathroom was a nice size and well equipped. Only observation would be that some of the pillows, sheets, towels, and pots & pans could be updated. For the nightly price, it was more than adequate. VRBO is a joke. Go directly through the host for any questions or concerns. Very attentive, informative, and courteous.

The location is close to downtown, only a short drive or pleasant walk. As a rental property owner, this house was well done and perfect for our stay. The fenced back yard worked out well for our dog and the lighted seating outside was great for the cool weather.
