This place was perfect for 20 people we did not feel over crowded and it felt very roomy. Everyone loved the house and the location. I highly recommend this house for everyone. It was a nice house and very clean. Me and my group had so much fun staying here!

Wonderful family vacation. House was so nice. Great space for our family of 14. Nice equipped kitchen!. This is our second time staying at this property! Love that it is a short walk to the beach. Hope to be back in the near future!

We had our entire family (15) of us and it felt like home. Very clean and close to shopping , restaurants and activities. The neighborhood was clean and safe and nice and close to the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

This is an amazing place to stay. We had 18 people there and it never felt crowded. It was so close to the beach that everyone just walked there. I would definitely stay there again!

House was beautiful and walk to beach was easy and safe for older kids to go on their own. Enjoyed having pool option when we wanted to be closer to the house but be outside. Destin is amazing and we would return. Recommend this house for large groups with kids.

We had 16 people in the house and had plenty of room and privacy! Linens and beds were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. We did have small children and there is only the one large garden tub in the main floor master so it was a little challenging for bath time. The walk to the beach isn’t too far for a healthy adult but may be challenging for kids and elderly. The beach access isn’t handicap accessible and has lots of steps which prove to be challenging for some of our group. The pool is smaller than the picture alludes to but is very well kept and clean. Overall, we loved the house and would book again!

We loved it ! There was 22 of us and it was great! The house was perfect for our family. The pool and beach couldn’t have been better! The weather was perfect. Would recommend this house to any one wanting a great family stay!

We had a great time with our children and our grandchildren ages 4 to 25. It was only a 3 minute walk to the beach and they had so much fun in the water and white sand. Loved every minute making memories with them all!!

There were 17 of us in our group and there was still plenty of room. The kids enjoyed the pool. Based on the listing I thought it was slightly closer to the beach, but it still wasn’t that bad of a walk. We just had a lot of kids.

We had nice time off, the place is spacious for group of people 20 people. Property was clean upon arrival. Only issue we had was as soon as we entered the property the fire alarm went off and it took 45 min for the maintenance person to come and fix it.
Also love rentals were NOT accommodative for 1 hr early check in.

Our group had a blast at the Crystal Beach property. Short walk to the beach was exactly what we needed, and the pool was great for those who didn’t want to get sandy.
Everyone enjoyed themselves and was very happy we stayed here compared to other properties we had considered.

Family Vacation
Everything was great from the house, location, beach just Beautiful. The only issue with the house is, the dining room chairs needs to be replaced and the kitchen window needs to be sprayed due to little black bugs crawling on the window and counter top.

Impeccable home two blocks from the beach
This property was perfect for a trip to the beach among friends. We had lots of space to spread out across floors, plenty of bathrooms, and the home was comfortable and well stocked. Loved the pool and the quick walk to the beach — it was truly not more than 1.5 blocks away. The manager was great with our pre-trip questions and we had no issues on the trip. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful home
My family had an amazing stay at this property. This is our annual Destin trip and this house was perfect. The size of the house and location was perfect. The property is a short walking distance from the beach and close to Whole Foods, Publix, fast foods and great restaurants.

Family vacation
The house is beautiful and very close to the beach. My sister who is on crutches was able to walk there without any difficulty. The pool is perfect, we spent a lot of time there. We are a cooking family and there were plenty of pots, pans, and utensils. We had a great stay!

Lots to Love!
This is a really nice property and we throughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was as advertised and we really appreciated the room layout, two bunk rooms, beautiful kitchen with fully functional appliances, ambiance of the pool lights at night, umbrella and chairs beach set up daily, extra chairs, ample parking, comfy beds, nice selection of utensils, dishes and cookware, responsiveness of management and convenient check-in. However, there were a few inconveniences to which management responded quickly: multiple drains were clogged, one of the showers would leak through the ceiling and we had a bug problem. Roy was great and we appreciated him coming by and fixing a few things, arranging for pest control and giving us more information about Destin. A few things we didn't report, that if addressed may be appreciated by future visitors - one of the wheels on the beach cart was broken, the doorknob to the terrace off one of the bedrooms was broken, the doorknob to the patio/pool needed tightening, the bottom step of the ladder out of the pool was broken and there was only one recycle container. It would have been helpful for us to have 2 recycle containers since pick-up is only once a week and we ended up having to put a lot of recyclables in the trash bins. Overall, it's a wonderful house and if you're considering it, we highly recommend!

Everyone in my group enjoyed themselves, and most expressed interest in returning.The only thing that left a bit of a sour taste in our mouths is that after half our party backed out over Covid concerns, the property managers stuck firmly to their policy of no (partial) refunds, including declining to rebook us at one of their smaller properties despite 10 business days' notice. (i.e. one week post-booking) Now I certainly understand their perspective, and can't begrudge anyone getting their coins... but I also cannot give a 5-star review as we were left feeling more like just another reservation number than valued humans/customers.

We had a great experience, the only suggestion I have is to be more clear in the title of the property-it says heated poop but its only heated if you pay the additional fee and notify the property owner in advance of your arrival. I missed that in the information email but was still able to pay the fee and have the pool heated while we were there. It was an amazing vacation for our family of 17- 8 adults and 9 kids. So close to the beach and such a beautiful area for a vacation in October. Perfect weather and incredible sandy beaches, fishing and food options. We’re definitely coming back!

Enjoyed our stay - great location
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
Pros:
-Good communication about instructions for check-in
-Great location - easy walk to the beach and easy access to stores/conveniences
-Loved having a private pool
-Large house in terms of bedrooms and the property was clean upon arrival
-Appreciated the chair setup at the beach and the wagon to transport extra chairs/toys
Cons:
-While there are a lot of bedrooms, the common areas (kitchen, living room) are a bit small. Luckily, we only had 6 adults and 4 children so it worked out fine but could be tight for a much larger group
-There's only one bathtub out of the 5.5 bathrooms. For groups with young kids, this can be a con during the evening bedtime routine
-There was a part left in the house with a note that a repair person would be coming by during our stay to install it. I reached out to the property manager for more info. He expressed that it needed to be done and they were being squeezed in and agreed to call me before they arrived. He did call me the next day right before the person arrived. The repair person was not wearing a mask when he was inside the property for the install. During COVID, I would have expected this to have been standard procedure. Fortunately, most of our group was at the beach at this time and only 2 people were at the house.

Good property at a great location
Overall our stay was good. Check in was easy, location is great and close to the beach. Pool was nice. Only suggestion I have is investing in some small things could go a long way to make this from good to great. Confirming an earlier review that a new set of pots and pans are needed. Stove panel had some damage on it, the microwave had burnt smell when we got there and it lingered for the entire time we were there. The outdoor grill ignition has issues with it and was hard to light. The small things like dish washing soup, paper towels the host only provided for a couple of days worth for a two week stay. Toilet paper in the bathrooms are of much lower quality than one would expect for a luxury residence. None of these would cost big $ to fix, it could improve the guest experience greatly. All in all, we liked the location, enjoyed the beach, house had plenty of room, house manager was responsive to issues we had.

Nice house, great time
Starting out by saying the communication with Love rentals was good from the start as I discussed my options due to COVID. When we arrived onsite with a minor WiFi problem the communication was excellent and the team (Justin) worked quickly to resolve. The house was spacious and clean, the pool was maintained regularly. Our family really enjoyed our time there. The only suggestion I would offer is that the cookwear should be replaced; really only one useable pot and one useable mini fry pan. Confirming and clarifying what another reviewer said about the chair set up because the wording could be confused- there are 2 beach chairs included in the beach set up provided, there are 4 chairs at the house with a beach wagon that you can take with you, there are no more than 8 people permitted to gather at any beach set-up. Overall lovely time!

Beautiful home with excellent service .... had to call repairman twice and he was friendly and responded quickly. Chair service [2 chairs max not 4 or 8 as house directions indicated; need to update directions left on wall at the house] came in handy at the beach plus the 4 fold up chairs at the house w/wagon. Floors could have been cleaner on arrival/not mopped, feet quickly got dirty if barefoot -kids) and their was a roach or what appeared to resemble a roach on the 3rd floor king bedroom one day that could use attention. Overall it was a good experience. Did not appreciate having to clean barbeque grill upon departure; appears it had not been cleaned before (1st time owner/management required us to do this upon departure). Still loved the house and overall experience.
