It was immaculate and beautifully appointed. The beds were so comfy and no expense spared on the quality bed linen, duvet and pillows

Very clean (other than the cutlery and utensils). The host was very friendly.

The check-in instructions were confusing. Indicated that we’d be able to get into the apartment and the key would be on the coffee table and then we should call the host. No instructions as to how to get through the external door from the street. Instructions should be clearer as to calling the host once you arrive at the external door on the street. Mattresses have reached end of life. Very uncomfortable. We woke several times feeling uncomfortable and had backache the following day. You can hear the springs when you sit on the bed or turn over! The apartment needs a decent sofa to relax on after a busy day. The bedrooms need some proper blinds. We were all awake by 5.30 with the sunlight. Maintenance required urgently in the area outside the bedroom windows. It’s become a home for the cities pigeons (including a dead one visible!) who also act as an early morning wake up call with their cooing!

This place was lovely and perfectly located to where I was visiting for our work meal out. Even fresh milk left ready for arrival. Would definitely go back again

Nothing I didn't like. I struggled getting the hot water in the shower but that is most likely my problem lol

Excellent location and a beautifully furnished flat with everything you could possibly need. thoughtful touches like a jug of milk in the fridge were lovely.

the property is a beautiful big classy apartment right in the heart of the city centre. absolutely stunning and the owner Versailles could not have been more helpful. answered all questions immediately and even left milk and tea/coffee and chocolates. just perfect.

What a wonderful well designed abode ! IN a lovely quiet location yet almost next door to 24 hour parking and the Arena which was the reason for our visit!, Absolute perfect location!, just a steady 5 mins walk into the City too !

I personally would have liked a sit down on a dresser with a seat and mirror all in one place in order to fart about with my face and hair in just one place and a telly in the main bedroom where the mirror is now I think would be good !. (Just thinking)I think my hubby would like to watch a bit of telly whilst I'm messing about;)....Oh and hubby mentioned the cooker dials, we couldn't use it !Because half the dial is worn away!, We can't make use of the cooker!..We were only here for one night so these little practical things didn't matter and many places and choices of food outlets in close proximity so If it weren't so expensive I would come again x

Very clean, good communication with host, location is fantastic. I left my purse in the apartment and the host was fantastic with sending back to me.

Would be good to have more than one key as this is a 2 bed apartment so when sharing with another couple it can be difficult.

Great location to both train station and old Town. Really eclectic decor. On a short block so very quiet. Was my brother's favorite place that we stayed in England. Highly recommend
