Beautiful home in a wonderful location. All bedrooms are en-suite, comfortable and lovely and clean with great air-conditioning and more importantly the most amazing views of of the countryside, San Miniato and clear star studded skies. This is a fabulous house for get togethers and parties as it has a lovely terrace with incredible views. The pool is glorious in the heat of high summer in Tuscany and the hosts are absolutely charming, thank you for our stay!

Very nice and spacious villa with lovely view. Large bedrooms with ac, all ensuite. Good size pool, perfect for cooling down on a hot summer day. Beautiful outdoor area. The host was very kind and helpfull, and welcomed us with bread and local made olive oil. We all really enjoyed our stay.

Our host was there when we arrived, showed us around the property and gave us some interesting information about San Miniato. They even gave us a little taste of typical products from the area... delicious. We were early, so we left our bags and went for lunch in the town. The property has beautiful views of San Miniato. It is located in close proximity to both Pisa and Florence, so you have plenty to see. Not too far from Siena either. Rooms are all ensuite so everyone had their space and privacy, so no fights for the shower. That was excelent. We were able to watch Italian TV and also login to out own netflix account. The house is not short of entertainment. There are games, and books about the area. There is so much space, so it never felt crowded. The swimming pool is so nice too and there are also games to play in the water. All services are within a 5min to 10min drive (supermarket, restaurants...). We really enjoyed our stay. Tip: local market only takes place on the 3rd sunday of the month.

We thought we were lost at first because the road "ended" at a yellow house further up from the actual property. The villa is in a rural area so the road is bumpy to say the least. This surprised us a bit and little warning would have been welcomed. However, you soon get used to it and it is not that tricky to drive up and down. The only other thing was that the property has aircon, but apparently this is not included in the price and you have to pay extra depending on the meter reading. Again, this was a surprise, but overall, there wasn't much that we didn't like. As I said, it was a wonderful stay!
