Spanish Main 64 was perfect for our family. Great safe place for our 1 1/2 year old to play on the balcony without worry. Clean and the beach was lovely and clean as well. We saw 2 rocket launches from the beach so check the space launch schedule when you're there! Easy one-hour drive to Disney.

Our family stayed here over the Christmas Holiday and enjoyed this condo! Clean, spacious with plenty of amenities for families and a nice pool/ beach nearby. The only down side was the weather was cool and rainy a few days, but we still stepped out to enjoy the pool and beach.

Great property with great views! The beach was literally a 1 minute walk. Spacious and kids loved it. Property was close to everything. I felt some rooms were colder than others with the AC but there are fans that helped. We would definitely stay again!

From the balcony the beach view was perfect. The salt water pool was clean and the property well maintained. We had everything - kitchen and bathroom supplies - needed for a 4 night stay. This trip was to go to the Kennedy Space Center, only a 45 minute drive. Enjoying beach time was a bonus. Id give this condo 5 stars.

This is our second consecutive year staying in this unit at Cocoa Beach. We enjoyed our stay last year, but since that visit the unit has been renovated. We absolutely love the renovations and how they've modernized the condo. This 2nd floor unit has amazing views of the beach and pool, with a very short walkway to the beach. One of the advantages of staying at Spanish Main is that it is essentially a private beach. During our stay from August 15-20, it was very quiet at the beach and pool. Looking left and right way down the beach you can see the public beach areas and how crowded they can get. We shared the entire beach area with no more than 20 other people each day. The unit has everything you would need to make your stay enjoyable. We ate in the condo each day for breakfast and lunch and out for dinner. The kitchen is great for cooking anything you want, but make sure you get everything you need. It does not come with anything such as condiments and spices for obvious reasons. A brand new washer/dryer allowed us to come home with clean clothes and made unpacking a breeze. I could go on, but you get the picture. I would love to say don't stay here so we can save it for ourselves, but I can't do that. This 3 bedroom 2 bath unit is perfect for a family to use as their base in Cocoa Beach. The next time we visit the area, this unit will be my first check to see if it's available. Oh, and great communication with the host as well. No problems to speak of!

This was our second time staying at the Spanish Main and we will definitely do so again. The location is perfect, right on the beach and close to all the Cocoa Beach attractions. The beach is private so you have plenty of space and is so convenient. The pool is well maintained, I just wish there were some umbrellas for shade! The condos are also well maintained, all with ocean views. Everything is provided for you, including sheets, towels, appliances and beach gear. The staff are accommodating and welcoming and check in with you before, during and after your stay. All makes for a wonderful and memorable experience each time!!

We loved our condo. The view was excellent. It was well air conditioned, clean and had all necessary amenities.

We had a great stay in this unit! The condo is exactly how it’s described in the listing. It’s a beautiful unit with modern updates and decor. The views are stunning and we could hear the beach waves at night. The building complex is very clean and well maintained despite being an older building. The beach and the pool are steps away so it was easy to go back and forth between the two - especially with toddlers. The location was great - close to food and activities. (Highly recommend the 4th street Fillin Station) We watched the Space X rocket launch right in front of the complex on the beach! (You can check online for launch timings as they take place almost every other week.) Taylor, the property manager, was so friendly and very responsive to any of our questions. The unit has everything you need including a baby playpen for sleeping. A few notes: The beach shore does have *A LOT* of seaweed but the waves are amazing! The pool can get a little crowded with kids during the day (expected) but there was only one umbrella. The shallow end starts at 3’9” so it was too deep for our little ones to stand. But they played near the pool steps and we still had tons of fun splashing around with our kids. We loved our stay and this unit. We would definitely come back again! So happy we stayed here and not a hotel.

Very clean, walking distance to restaurants, beach was perfect not crowded, peaceful. Loved the pool only recommendation on pool are more umbrellas. Beach path way was nice plus the cleaning sand station. Unit had everything we needed.

The unit and the view were wonderful. We would stay again. The maintenance of the unit and Spanish Main was excellent.

This beautifully renovated apartment provides everything you need. Just a 1 minute walk to the beach. Stunning beach views from virtually all angels of the apartment. Two of the bedrooms have huge windows that allow you to see the beach and the sunrise. The kitchen, dinning and living room also provide spectacular view. I didn't mind doing dishes with such view! The apartment was extremely well cleaned and had everything you need., including washer and dryer. Beach chairs and other beach supplies were also available. The staff provides excellent customer service, always in touch about your needs and experience. They went above and beyond in making sure our experience was a great one. The complex provides a great pool to enjoy after a Long Beach day. Even on cold days there is a lot to do, and views are mesmerizing. The complex also has cleaning people making sure common areas are up to standard. We had a wonderful time with our kids and family members. We can't wait to return. We created beautiful memories in this beautiful apartment. Highly recommended!

The condo was in a great location. It had all the cooking utensils, washer, dryer, iron and of course a microwave and dishwasher. The condo was very clean and maintained as well as the property. I could go in but 5 stars says it all in my opinion.

This is in the older Spanish Main condo complex built in the 70's. It is well maintained. Second floor unit with two balconies facing the ocean. Management was very quick to respond to inquires. Several restaurants are walking distance. Two of our favorites were Coconuts on the Beach and the 4th Street Filling Station.

We enjoyed the condo. It's in an older building so it doesn't have the fancy showers etc., but it was very spacious with plenty of linens and a well stocked kitchen. It's very near the wonderful beach but also has a nice pool that was never crowded.

Could not ask for a better place to stay. Was right on the beach with wonderful views. Close to everything. Very peaceful and relaxing. Will hopefully have a chance to come back and stay here again.

This is the perfect spot for a family! Great location. Beautiful condos. Heated pool and beachfront made it so nice with kids. Very clean condo with everything we needed. Would definitely stay in the same place if we ever go back to Coco Beach!

Our whole stay was amazing!! Corner unit with views of the ocean off both balconies and the pool off the living room balcony. The place was clean and had lots of clean towels and beach towels. The listing states that the master bedroom, as well as, the front have a king bed, however, the front bedroom held a queen size bed, not a king. The flip side of that though, the couch AND love seat, in the living room both have pullouts. The bed, in the master suite, is a little too firm for my taste but I cannot say I minded it at all, once I opened that balcony door and fell asleep to the lullaby of the waves crashing on the beach 💗 Everything is either a walk or short drive away, including Kennedy Space Center, Ron Jon's, and wonderful restaurants! We took the kids to Universal Studios two of the days out of our stay, it was an hour drive but very doable, especially since mom and dad wanted a beach vacation..the best of both worlds! Also, we found out that they were launching a rocket from Cape Canaveral so we called, relatively last minute, to see if we could add an additional night, Kelsey was an absolute JOY to work with! She was super nice and very accommodating and we were able to walk out to the beach and watch the rocket launch..absolutely amazing!!

Great location and beach. Easy access and walking to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Lots of towels and the beach chairs, umbrella, and boards were appreciated and enjoyed. Unit is dated and could use Some Improvements and a deep clean.

Great location, beautiful beach comfortable condo! We’ll be back!

Positives were the ocean views, cleanliness of the unit, plenty of towels, linens, beach chairs. Spacious unit, with 3 bedrooms, nicely decorated, and 2 bathrooms. The only negatives were lack of cookware, and new living room furniture was needed. But, I still enjoyed my stay.

We had an awesome vacation. The condo is perfect our family enjoyed every moment.

Very pleasant condo in a great location. We had a thoroughly relaxing week on the beach. Close enough to the Pier and other centers of activity but far enough down the beach to allow privacy and quiet evenings. Condo was clean, well stocked, and roomy- great views of the ocean. Only suggestion would be an update of couch and loveseat, other furnishings were comfy and attractive. We will book this condo again in the future.

We had a great stay in this unit. Beautiful views and close to the pool and entrance to the beach. Owners were very responsive to questions.

This listing was 100% what we needed for our family vacation. 4 adults and 2 kiddos. Everyone had their own space and we loved the location! The beach and private boardwalk was wonderful and the pool was a definite favorite of the trip!! Thank you for an unforgettable getaway! We will definitely be back!
