Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Jennifer et Joe. Leur propriété est un véritable oasis de calme et de bien être que nous avions plaisir à retrouver après nos journées de visites ou tout simplement à profiter car la piscine est magnifique avec une température de l'eau idéale et la terrasse fleurie est un régal pour les yeux. Le cottage en lui même est spacieux ,très propre ,très bien équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour ajuster la température souhaitée car en été il fait très chaud à Malte. Jennifer et Joe sont très attentifs à notre bien être tout en étant discrets.Quelle belle surprise de trouver à notre arrivée: pain,beurre,jambon,oeufs,tomates ,fruits,café ,lait.Tout ce qu'il faut pour ne pas se précipiter à l'épicerie au plus vite,c'est très agréable. Nous recommandons cette propriété sans hésiter.Comme indiqué dans la présentation,la voiture est indispensable car nous sommes sur les hauteurs de Wardija.

Het was er heerlijk rustig. De cottage was heel netjes en in alles voorzien. Het zwembad was zalig en er is een BBQ ter beschikking. De vriendelijke warme ontvangst door Jennifer en Joe maakte het 'thuisgevoel' compleet.

Es war für uns die perfekte Unterkunft für Malta. Ein wunderschönes gepflegtes Anwesen in herrlich ruhiger Lage, sehr hilfsbereite Hosts und ein Häuschen mit allem ausgestattet. Wir fühlten uns so wohl und werden wieder kommen!

Diese kleine Oase ist einfach traumhaft schön. Die Fotos zeigen das Cottage und die Umgebung, wie alles tatsächlich ist. Man kommt also nicht mit einer Vorstellung an, die dann vor Ort - wie so oft - von der Realität enttäuscht wird. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wir haben bei Ankunft sogar schon die wichtigsten Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank vorgefunden. Nach einer Woche in der Inseslhauptstadt haben wir die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sehr genossen. Jederzeit wieder!

We hadden een prachtige week op het domein bij Jennifer and Joe. Wee kwamen heel laat aan, maar er was een kleine versnapering in de frigo voor ons en ook voor de volgende morgen. Alles was piekfijn in orde: de keuken, zwembad, het reserveren van de scooters, de barbecue, de tips bij het plannen van onze uitstappen. Dank voor de mooie week, en wie weet, hopelijk nog eens tot ziens! :)

Plenty of room for couple but 3rd person would be on sofa in sitting room. Quiet and peaceful and very welcoming. Jennifer is very thoughtful host.

Perfect

Wir kamen spät abends im Dunkeln an, und alles war vorbereitet, sogar Lenensmitte und Getränke waren für uns eingekauft. Das Haus ist gemütlich und es ist alles vorhanden. Der Poolbeteich ist sehr schön gestaltet und wir haben den Urlaub dort sehr genossen. Nach unseren Ausflügen, sei es zum Strand oder zu Besichtigungen und Museumsbesuchen, haben wir uns immer auf die Ruhe und das angenehme Klima am Pool gefreut. Jennifer und Jo sind sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber und wir möchten den beiden herzlich für alles danken.

A beautiful property in a stunning setting.

L’accès se mérite, routes étroites et chaotiques, mais une fois le portail passé...nous découvrons la propriété, bâtisse en pierres entourée de conifères, palmiers, oliviers. Nous passons un petit portillon et entrons dans une cour intérieur et la, enchantement la superbe piscine et le cottage. Au fil des jours nous avons pu nous rendre compte qu'il ne manque rien à notre confort que se soit à l'intérieur du cottage qu'à l'extérieur. Au retour des différentes visites faites sur l’île, quel plaisir de se retrouver au calme et seul dans la piscine! Nos hôtes, Jennifer et Joe sont vraiment charmants et ce qui compte pour eux c'est que l'on passe un agréable séjour et ça été le cas. Nous recommandons cette location (avec véhicule).

Tout est parfait dans ce cottage. C’est bien mieux que ce que l’annonce permet d’espérer.

We had a lovely stay in Malta, which was made extra special because of Joe, Jennifer, Lunar & Marsha. The Cottage and pool are beautiful, well looked after and ideal for 2 sharing. As specified in the property details a car is required. Nowhere on Malta is far away, but be prepared for some traffic, due to the ongoing road improvement projects. If you want a relaxing break in a lovely location then this is the place for you. Thank you to Joe and Jennifer who were the perfect hosts.

A wonderfull cottage and very nice garden and pool. Jenny and Joe are perfect hosts. Very kind and helpfull in all matters. I definitly will come again.

Prettige ruimte, zeker voldoende voor twee personen. Door het tijdstip in het jaar (maart) van ons bezoek was het binnen net te doen met de voorhanden zijnde verwarming. Jennifer is een aardige, zeer behulpzame dame die graag van alles uitlegt.

Hat man einen Mietwagen zur Verfügung, ist Wardija der ideale Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Inseln Malta und Gozo: sowohl Valetta, als auch die Fähre nach Gozo und Maltas beste Strände sind nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Das Cottage ist geräumig, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Und sollte etwas fehlen, helfen die sehr gastfreundlichen und herzlichen Vermieter gern. Der große und tiefe Pool nebst schattigem Poolhaus sorgen auch an sonnigen und heißen Tagen für gute Erholung. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Jennifer and Joe are very attentive hosts and have turned their pool house into a wonderful place to relax. Their open and friendly nature made the holiday feel almost like a visit to the family. Thank you so much, Jenny and Joe!! :-) The house has a special location, is beautiful and very well equipped - nothing is missing. We can warmly recommend a visit. The dogs are well-behaved and very sweet - we loved them since the first day. :-) We will come back :-) !

What a find! We had the most wonderfully relaxing two week holiday in this fabulous self catering accommodation. It is secluded, quiet and conveniently situated for exploring the island by car. The grounds really are quite special and the cottage is clean, well equipped and comfortable. Jennifer and Joe were perfect hosts, attentive and helpful without being intrusive. They even gave us perfect directions from the airport and put all sorts of goodies in the fridge. We loved it and would highly recommend it to future guests.

As we arrived in Wardija (thanks to directions sent from the owners) we found a very nice secluded cottage, surrounded by a beautiful, well maintained garden on the property. It is a the perfect place to escape from the hectic life. The cottage was very clean, spacious, nicely furnished, a well equipped kitchen, outside space and barbeque area to relax and a very inviting private swimming-pool. We felt very much at home. We found the fridge filled for the first few days which helped as we arrived late evening. Both the owners Jennifer and Joe made us feel very welcome and were really helpful in any possible way. There are some lovely walks with stunning views over the island and sea. Shops and restaurants are only a few minutes driving distance. A car is useful as there is no public transport nearby. If one is looking for a peaceful hideaway with nice weather, beautiful landscape and friendly hosts, this is the place to come to.
