Brought racecars down with the crew to race at New Smyrna Speedway and the accommodations were a perfect distance from the track and large enough for the entire crew!

Amazing view from kitchen of lake just feet away. Feels like being on a cruise ship. Friendly storks visit us in the early mornings. Very serene.

I recently had to take a trip to Orlando to clean out my mother’s apartment after she suddenly passed away. I was fortunate to have family meet me to help. Instead of hotel rooms I rented this home and I’m so glad I did! It was a great place to come back to at then end of a long stressful day. The house was so peaceful. We enjoyed watching the sun rise on the lake each morning. It was great to be able to cook family meals together. Reminded me of times past when our family got together. The owner was quick to communicate and check in was very easy. The house was even better than the photos show. Would definitely rent here again. The city was a great old Florida city but had plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a peaceful retreat.

We stayed here during the 2022 Daytona Bike week. I was afraid the distance would be too far from everything but it was perfect. Close to great restaurants and shopping but away from the crazy. It was comfortable and spacious and the sunrises were perfect to view over the water. It's a great neighborhood, quiet it felt like a place I could live. I would stay here again and recommend it for a family or couples.

Lovely stay in Deltona
We had a family trip to FL with the goal of visiting my elderly Mom while having our own space for family time and fun when we weren't visiting her. We wanted a house, not several hotel rooms. We found this house to be warm, comfortable and spacious (one extra bedroom would have made it even more perfect!). It was open, clean and lovely. It gave us comfortable space to all be together while also allowing everyone to have some private space in their rooms too. We enjoyed the porch in the back-- looking at the lake and being greeted each day by the egrets/ herons. The play space for my grandson was also great. The kitchen was updated and comfortable to work in-- we had several home cooked meals and enjoyed the open layout. The property manager was very responsive and easy to work with. I would recommend this property.

Nice & Quiet
First off I must say that we came down for a beach trip to Daytona. We were supposed to be staying in Daytona but due to unforeseen issues we missed the deadline to book a closer home. I must say I'm glad we didn't book a closer home and this Deltona Oasis was just the right spot for use. It put us in a good spot to get to Daytona or Orlando via I-4 with no issues.
This home was so beautiful and inviting from the driveway. It sits at the end of a cul de sac. Upon entering the home, you immediately feel welcomed with the spacious entry-way.
Everything was supplied as far as linens and towels. Pots and pans were readily available (though we didn't do much cooking). There was internet service as well as cable. The rooms were spacious especially the master bedroom and bathroom. Holy Cow!!! I could take a vacation away from a vacation just in the master bedroom. There was a nice sized patio off from the living room which led to the amazing view of the lake out back. The cranes greeted us everything we went outside and posed for pictures. I would definitely be booking this house again in the future.

Nice and clean with all you could ask for
We spent 3 weeks at this house. We were very impressed by the quality of the property and how clean it was. Everything worked. There is an enclosed porch facing the water with sand hill cranes visiting often. The owner was very responsive to the few questions we had.

Amazing private oasis with great water view
Muneera was accommodating & responded to my prearrival questions promptly. As this trip was planned on short notice, her assistance was greatly appreciated. The property was breathtaking complete with cranes grazing along the waterfront of a picturesque backdrop. The photos online were a true representation of the interior. We enjoyed our stay & would recommend this property. We noticed a few spiders inside but after spraying the perimeter of the bedrooms w/bug repellent it kept them away on day #2 of our stay. Overall, it was a well appointed home in a great location.

We were exactly 35minutes from Daytona Beach which we enjoyed ourselves there and like 47 minutes from Orlando. Muneera handbook about the home and instructions was very detailed. Loved this house!!
The house is secluded on a cul de sac overlooking a beautiful marshy lake area. It’s private and peaceful. The house itself is huge and very nice. It was clean and comfortable. There were eight of us and we had more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. I love the layout of the bedrooms, they’re far apart and give you privacy which you may need when traveling with other couples, which we were. We loved having Netflix available, we found ourselves relaxing and watching a movie in between our planned events. The patio is so spacious and relaxing. The kitchen is amazing. The kitchen overlooks the patio. You’re never far away from your guests in this house because it is so open with so many windows. It’s honestly a really great house. The master bathroom was wonderful. We all took turns using the giant bath tub. We loved this house!!!! And the owner was such a pleasure to deal with. She made everything so easy and crystal clear for us. She even stocked the fridge with a variety of drinks for the night we arrived. Thank you for a fabulous home away from home!!

Driving 17 hours and being able to get there with drinks already on the fridge was awesome we will definitely be back. We highly recommend this house. The only thing that there could of been more of were dish towels but that's something small We still give you 5 starts my 1 year old LOVED running around again lots of space too do so thank you soo much for Making this stay one will never forget!!

Host was super duper helpful and friendly. She even put in a few drinks in the fridge for us. My family and I were down in Orlando for a wedding and needed a place to House us all. Very affordable! My parents were complimenting on a great and cute house it was. It made them want to get a house similar to this. The back yard is a nice view to walk out to in the mornings. You can even see some herons in the waters. Highly recommend staying here!

Munera was wonderful to deal with and everything was as described. We travelled with friends and all attractions were approximately 30 from the house.

This home is large with a nice floor plan that accommodated our family very well. It is located at the end of a quiet residential street. I enjoyed watching the sunrise while sipping a cup of coffee...two kinds of coffee makers are provided...drip and Keurig.
If the kitchen had been just a bit better stocked with teaspoons, cooking utensils and other essentials such as hot mitts, this property would have earned five stars. The property manager was very helpful and responsive.

I had a wonderful birthday experience in Deltona!! We were 13 minutes from Cassadaga spiritual community. We hiked and kayaked with the manatees on Silver Lake. The home was welcoming and clean. The large open lay out was perfect for reconnecting with old friends. We named the cranes George and Marge. They visited often and had the most intriguing birdcall in the morning. It was a luxurious experience and I would definitely come back again.
