The first room they put us in had a leaking sink with a garbage can under it to catch the water. The other thing is the only clean the room every 3 days ? Thats not good and of course because they only clean every 3 days you have to chase them down for towels .

Hurricane accommodation. Lost electricity.
No coffee in the hotel. No breakfast or snacks included in price. Too costly for what type of motel it is. Very scimpy on shampoo etc

I escaped Hurricane Milton and was grateful to feel safe. However, I found a dirty comb on the chair, dirt caked up in the corners of the floor, & I don't think the coffee maker has ever been cleaned at all! When I made my reservation online the website stated this facility offered free breakfast, but I don't think they've offered it in a very long time. All in all, very disappointed with a Wyndham owned property.

Dated and in terrible condition. Stayed during Hurricane Milton. Staff was nice and very helpful, especially maintenance staff. Such poor upkeep that our room had multiple leaks and was told the same was true of many others. Clearly they need a new roof. Towels were threadbare. Bathrooms dirty with the exhaust fan not working because of the filth. False advertising! No breakfast. Coffee gone very early with no more to be made. If it weren’t for some of the staff, I’d have given this hotel one star.

It was dirty. Bathrooms were not clean. They still was excrement in the toilet bowl. The floors were dirty and very noisy with people hanging out and around the area and don’t know who they were not a good experience.

The staff here needs training, they were rude and just nasty for no reason at all. The room was nice but this spot is far away and the people , most of them living there were sketchy. Also this place was pricey and not that great.

The room was filthy like it had not been cleaned in weeks. There was something stuck all over the sink. The microwave did not have a plate and it smelled terrible. There were roaches

The room was clean. I wish they had other amenities like breakfast. The coffee bar sucked, as there were no options, but overall the room was clean and comfortable. I’d stay there again if I have business, but would not choose if it were for a family stay.

This is a good hotel for what you pay for it. Have stayed here frequently in the past and will continue to stay here. The front desk people are helpful as well.

It was a but scary having someone try to open your door at 1am. Staff was great but the room could have been cleaner. I didnt feel very safe and couldnt sleep.

This property was not poorly kept in the rooms but the overall property was ok i give it a 3 out of 5

The floors were not cleaned resulting in us wearing our shoes the entire stay. Condensation built up all over the floors. I tried to wipe a super wet area and the towel came up black. Our dog jumped up on the bed and you could see a trail of his dirty paws from the floor. Load music played all night and there was traffic noise most of the night.

Room was comfortablebfor business. The faucet was loose from then sink and the hair dryer didn't work. Fridge was cold and tv has lots of channels

Honestly it wasnt bad. My only dislike was the coffee pot had water in it with mold and a coffee "bag" that they use for the coffee, possibly from a previous user. But who really knows how long it was there before me. I went to the front desk, and showed them a pic of it and the coffee pot was changed out by time i came back to the room later that day.

Was so dirty someone wrote a vulgar word on the front door I am still waiting from a call from Expedia about refund !!!! It’s been three weeks !! I did not even stay there the second night I asked them to cancel. They said they did which was a lie. No one canceled it. I was charged for both nights and it was a dump. I am disputing it and I would never stay there or would I recommended to anyone again ever

I’ve started here many times and haven’t any issues except for AC not working as good and neighbors making a lot of noise.

It definitely looked cleaner in the photos online. I'm no stranger to hotels or even motels, but this is the first time I checked mirrors and looked for ways to block the door. There was not great lighting in the room or out in the walkway area if you're in the back. The toilet and sink both moved if you applied too much pressure. There was hair and grim on/in the coffee maker—it was just a lot. I only needed somewhere to stay for a night so I could attend a friend's wedding. It got the job done, but I believe I'll spend more next time for somewhere a little more secure feeling, and I don't feel scared to walk around without my shoes.

This is an older property which has changed hands several times, but it's had upgrades in a timely manner, and the current management does a good job of keeping it clean. The beds are VERY comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. Each room is well appointed, and the front desk takes care of any necessary tweaks. It's definitely worth the rate charged and I continue making an annual trip and staying there.

ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE I EVER STAYED. PLACE WAS FILTHY AND FILLED WITH ROACHES. I COULD NOT FALL ASLEEP DUE TO THE INSANE AMOUNT OF HUGE ROACHES IN MY BED. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

There were roaches in our room and the lock on our door was broken so the door wouldn’t close without slamming it and we didn’t trust the lock so we had to put a chair in front of the door.

Quick check in and quick check out. Good place that actually cleans the rooms and refreshes linens each day. A pool that is actually filled and clean. Secure and a good hotel. Very happy here.

Checked in on Friday night and had a checkout for Sunday morning. They ended up charging me 6 times for the 2 night stay. When I talked to the manager he quickly and politely refunded me. Good staff just had the over charge issue
