La ubicación sin duda vale la estancia en el alojamiento, en relación precio es de lo mejor donde me he hospedado, cuenta fue una habitación cómoda, pequeña con dos camas matrimoniales, tiene el baño privado, una pequeña cocineta con frigobar y eso un plus por el precio, también tiene aire acondicionado lo cual en la isla es indispensable para las noches, super recomendado para turistas que buscan lugar, comodidad y precio.

The property was very clean, very good location , closed to downtown and playa norte. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The air conditioning was not working and they installed a new one the day after .

The property is very old , the bed was not comfortable and the shower does not have a good pressure. The kitchen was very basic and the gas top was very old so we did not feel safe to use .

Location is good with basic facilities.

Nothing fancy, but Isla mujeres is more expensive than average. Place is fine for 1 night.

It was pretty basic, but clean with great air con in a GREAT quiet location that was super close to everything. Had to use Google translate with staff as my Spanish is non existent but they were super patient and incredibly helpful and friendly.

Kitchen selection was very small and very basic. Had to leave the door open when I used the gas hotplate as it made the room smell of gas

Our air conditioning was not working when we came back to our room at 10.30pm. When we told the staff, they were very unhelpful. First, they thought it might be overheating, so they went to throw water over the unit (also throwing water over bare electrical wires). When that failed, we went to knock on the door again, but the woman was reluctant to even come to the door, after banging on the door for some time she eventually came to the door, but she was very uninterested, she offered us a fan and a $300mxn peso refund when my partner told her this was not good enough (bearing in mind we were in a room with no windows, and it was really hot) she shut the door and refused to answer it again. My partner stood knocking on the door for 20 minutes without success. Eventually, a man that was sitting outside (maybe the night watchman) took pity on us and called his son-in-law who had a hotel nearby, and arranged for our previous hotel to foot the bill. But really no thanks to the woman in charge.

Very loud indeed in first room you can hear everything.

The location.

The place wasn’t as per the photos, it was very old, there was mould, lots of small bugs in the room and dishes lift in the sink. The price should reflect the conditions of the accomodation which it definitely does not. There was loud hammering above our room at 7am which was disappointing also

the room was spacious- it had everything you would need. only 5 minutes from the town centre.

during the day the gate was left open so it was easy for people to see where we were staying.

Top location

Location was THE ONLY positive! Right in the city centre (close to Malecon, Norte Beach, Golf Cart Rentals, Laundry, Supermarket).

The room was very basic, no hot shower, suite was dark, outdated and small, no natural light, and noisy corridor. Did not look like the pictures online. Loud construction noises in the area. Staff not available on site. Can only pay in cash. hard to find when arriving, best to take a taxi.

This was an extremely clean, quiet apartment. It exceeded expectations as it had a large bottle of drinking water, kitchenette with everything you’d need, coffee/salt/pepper etc. Fridge to cool our drinks. This provided us the opportunity to have a chilled night in with a home cooked meal which was great after a couple weeks travelling. The bed was comfy and shower nice and hot. The location is close to the Super Aki supermarket which is handy and less than a minute walk to the beach to watch the sunrise. A lady kindly met us to provide us the keys and show us the room. We had stayed in a number of places on Isla Mujeres and this was definitely the best we had visited. Will look to book next time we come back. Thank you

It was perfect.

I lined the location and the staff. 1/2 block from El Malecón and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of tourists.

No microwave could not heat up leftovers. Room said it had a coffee pot. I received one 3 days before I left.

The manager, her family and the cleaning lady were incredibly lovely, kind, friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. The room was pretty basic, no window, and WiFi didn't work in the room. WiFi worked in the hall and front stoop. No luxury, but clean, comfortable and amazing people.

WiFi in the room would have been nice. My beef is with booking.com not the managers of the property. Booking.com gave us mixed messages about payment which was not appreciated. We were told on one hand that the price we were quoted was the price we would pay and that booking.com did not charge any fees. On the other hand it said a 19% charge was excluded and we had to pay that. Totally misleading!

Very low pressure of the water. No possibility of regulating hot and cold water due to very low pressure. A lot of noises on the roof and from shutters during windy weather. Kind of dilapidated furniture on the patio.

We left the property and didn’t stay for the night

definitely not a good value for that price. Advertising photos far from reality, old and rusty pantry and bathroom equipment. During our stay was raining: found the room floor floated with water . credit card payment not accepted, only cash. Definitely my worse experience in a while

I stayed in the appartment on the first floor with the beautiful ocean view. There's absolutely nothing to complain. Nice and cosy appartment with everything you need and a modern bathroom. Very friendly and welcoming people:-) Thank you so much for those perfect days in your appartment:-)

Blanca sent us a map with a direction. It was easy to find, and she met us near the house.

Everything as described, clean and qu’est place to stay.

It is close to everything, i mean i know Isla Mujeres is small, but this was a fantastic location. They give you your own set of keys, so you can get in and out at your own convenience. Is spacious, clean, a/c, it has a gas stove and fridge. For the cost of it, I was delighted!!!!

There was an issue with the hoy water, but was late night on a sunday and there was noone available to wotk on it.

Everything was good, very clean, kind people, Marilu was always with a smile and clean the rooms when we ask for it, we did feel we were at home, away from home. We did stay longer.

We have to pay extra charge but it was our fault because we did not read about the taxes.
