Ultimate Ellicottville Ski Experience: Cozy, comfortable and sleeps 17+
Das Hotel liegt direkt am Holimont Drive, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Holimont Ski Club (private Ski an den Wochenenden, für die Öffentlichkeit während der Woche geöffnet). Eine Meile zu Fuß oder 4 Minuten Fahrt zum Ellicottville Village, um die Geschäfte, Restaurants und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten zu genießen. Zwei Master-Schlafzimmer mit Queen-Size-Betten, drei weitere Schlafzimmer mit mehreren übergroßen Etagenbetten und ein fertiges Kellergeschoss mit zwei großen Futons. Bequem schlafen 17+ Leute! Zwei voll ausgestattete Badezimmer und ein zusätzliches WC und eine separate Dusche. Wohnküche mit Blick auf ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Holzofen, Waschmaschine / Trockner, Deck im zweiten Stock mit Blick auf den schönen, malerischen Hinterhof.

absolutely fabulous stay the facility was great beyond our expectations. The host was fabulous and helping us with our initial problems since I got the wrong address and the place was clean and wonderful place to stay. We hope to book it again next year.

The Good -
- Location is good but a bit of a walk to the ski hill for young kids or wearing your gear. We drove to the main Holimont Lodge to drop off ski gear.
- Lots of bedrooms and beds
- easy to unload and load
The Bad -
- tubes did not drain while showering
- Deck looks unsafe, untidy and did not inspire me to use BBQ
- If you have a fire you will be smoked out until you open the windows.
- Microwave is broken, needs replacement
- Very very very tired, needs a update or at least new carpets
- Bring a humidifier, Elec heat.
- Not safe for toddlers

My family had and absolutely amazing time here. It has a very unique setup could use some updates but it also gave a real cabin feel so I can't complain this experience made our Thanksgiving extraordinary... One unforgettable memory. And Christine was very responsive to any messages sent out.... A good pick

The unique house layout was great for our 6 kids. There is almost a "kids wing" for sleeping and there are two family rooms that are on different levels that provides privacy and space for all. two different dining tables provides for room to spread out and even serve different options in each area. Owners are super responsive and accommodating. House is close to Jefferson St. which allows you to be super close to Holimont Ski - yet not have to drive through "all of Holimont" to get into town or head to Holiday Valley. Very convenient location with ample parking.

Christine was such a pleasant VRBO home manager, and very easy to communicate with about our stay.
The house is great for two families, especially with all the bunk rooms. The kids had a blast.
We would definitely rent again.

Great location to ski Holimont!
A group of 8 of us spent a weekend at this property. It's a bit of an odd layout with many levels and lots of stairs (wouldn't recommend for families with toddlers for this reason). Beds were comfortable and fireplace was cozy (it's a bonus that the owners provide firewood). Kitchen/dining area was on the small side for a group our size, but we made it work.

Our hosts were wonderful to work with. Each room is named and the decor for each room is very special. Lots was provided by our hosts and highly suggest using this property.

Cozy and fun ski getaway!
We rented this property for a group of mothers and sons and everyone was thrilled with the house. The living room is cozy with the fireplace and comfortable furniture. The boys loved their "dorm style" bunk beds down on the lower level. The house has six levels so there is a lot of privacy between bedrooms. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Quick 5 minute drive to Holiday Valley and even closer to the adorable town of Ellicottville. I highly recommend this house for a ski getaway for family and friends!!

Very comfortable. Enough space for everyone to really spread out.
The wood stove really warmed up the whole room. The sofas, etc., were so comfortable to curl up in. The kitchen a half flight up from the living room made meals a lot more fun. Lots of light. Definitely needed the mudroom for all our ski gear. We had a large snowfall during our stay, so we loved that the snowplow hired by the owners cleared our driveway multiple times during our stay.

We loved it!
The property was clean and there was a lot of room. We loved the living room and kitchen area. The downstairs room was perfect for the kids to hang out as well. It was a great location being close to downtown and the ski resorts.
