Spacius appartment in quiet area. Very well equiped.

Third floor, no elevator.

IT is a 3rd floor apartment with 4 bedrooms 3 double and 1 single beds. There is one bathroom with shower. We were supplied with clean sheets and towels. Kitchen well equipped so we could even prepare food. There is good wifi connection. Parking is free and easy around the block.

Living area is a bit small and the TV as well, also there were only spanish speaking channels. But these were not a big problem we found the flat good value for money.

Perfect accommodation in Las Palmas. The apartment was clean and fully equipped. And the price was amazing. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Great host, super easy to sort out all questions. Had a bit of bad luck with parking on the first day (it was Christmas eve though), but the rest of the days always found free space around the building. The apartment is spacious, beds are made, towels on each bed. And a nice small balcony, to greet the sun in the morning :) Recommendation: if you don't truly need a big car, opt for something smaller as in Opel Corsa - much easier with parking ;) And plenty of space inside for a family of 5. For us it worked very well, we were looking for a place to sleep and have breakfast. And a bonus - we got welcomed with a few beers in the fridge 🙇‍♂️

Room doors could be fixed, as they already leaned a bit and cannot be opened fully easily. A small fix that makes a huge difference. Visual fix - closets are in the wall, but not the same size as the hole is. I don't mind but looks much better if that is filled.

The hosts were extremely helpful. Always willing to help us, to find good places etc. Brilliant location for families. Playgrounds outside the house. Walking distance to Supermercado Mercadona and Hyperdino.
