Apartamento bonito e limpo. Bem equipado e muito bem localizado. Fica em frente à uma praça que pode ser vista da sacada. Perto de predios historicos e com várias opções de restaurantes e lazer. Foi uma bela experiência.
Talvez fosse bom dizer no anúncio que para acessar os quartos há uma escada porque pode haver algum hóspede com dificuldade de mobilidade. Também decidimos não levar as malas grandes pro quarto por causa do peso.

Very clean and lovely to be able to open the doors in the lounge as the only room to have ac is the bedroom which worked well. Quiet so slept well. Very relaxed stay

No breakfast included . Apartment had all we needed if we wanted to make meals. Very clean. Lovely balcony to watch the world go by. Sofia was very kind and helpful.
Possibly that dining area was upstairs so could eat overlooking the city. The sofa bed would then be downstairs.

This was a lovely HUGE BnB in an excellent location right by the Novo Arco. We had superb access to the Braga pedestrian zone, major bus stops and walking distance from the city train station. The facility was very well appointed, especially the kitchen. We made good use of the washing machine. No central heat but we were toasty warm with space heaters and a heat pump unit on the bedroom. We have one minor complaint that I will not put in the "what we didn't like" section because it's not significant but we want to bring it to the attention of the management. The bed pillows were not good. Suggest that maybe it's time for an upgrade!

The location and the balcony overlooking the plaza were great.
The bed was way too firm for me. The luxury bedding almost made up for it.

The place is fine at large. Panorama is cool, position too. The price was very good, having booked 3 months before arrival.
The interphone was working only for receiving calls but not for talking nor for opening the street door, so I had to go downstairs in order to let friend coming inside! That's very uncomfortable.
The main door of the house was broken and it was hard to open from outside, the only way to get access in the appartement was the small key lever, risking everytime to get it broken.
The house is missing the heating. There's no main heating! Just 1 small fan that took 12 hours at first night to heat the sleeping room only, but I was afraid to leave it on because it could couse a fire or whatever issue... I would have apppreciated to find at least 3 fans of this kind. The lighting was also quite ugly (very cold tones) and the bathrooms had no ventilation and no windows.

The communication with the host was 5 star even let us leave our bags there after check out. Apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean
