First of all my family and I owe Ms. Susana so much thanks. We made the booking last minute. We told her that we would not arrive until 2am. She said no worries she would be waiting. Well we arrived at 4:30 am and with a great smile and a super warm and welcoming greeting she was there waiting to let us in. The place is a hidden gem. Cozy, clean and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool is literally right outside your patio door. The A/C works great, the Wi-Fi was strong and the hot water was very hot. You can’t ask for more for the price we paid. To make sure you understand the quality and character of Ms. Susanna, check out time was at 12pm. We overslept pass checkout! Without missing a beat she allowed my family to take our time leaving well pass the allotted time. We then needed to figure out a place to store our bags while we went to the beach for lunch. Ms. Susanna loaded her car with 5 hiking bags went home and held them for 3 plus hours. We went to her house, met her family, gathered our belongs and she called a taxi for us to make sure we were headed in the right direction. She refused any payment that I offered her. She represents the kind and helpful spirit that any traveler hopes to find away from home. I highly recommend this location if not for the location for the kind hearted woman who runs it. She is a rare find in a busy world!

Great host and hassle free!

I highly recommend this apartment. The host was in contact with us to meet and showed us everything in the beautiful, colorful, charming, very clean apartment. The outside patio was nice to sit and relax in the sun and there is shade too. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home and there were food, coffee, drinks and even oils to cook with and sugar. I always say if a hotel/ apartment is offering you a kitchen they should have these things so you can cook easier. The shower had great pressure and hot water. The pillows and bedding and sofa are so comfortable and clean. The sofa had a nice throw blanket. The heaters that we plugged in worked perfectly. There is also air conditioning. The area is so tranquil and was quiet. I like this area of Rota and close to walk to the beach or take a taxi or bus into the main Rota town for not much € or drive. I wish it was a heated pool open all year, but I am sure it is lovely in May when it opens. The price was amazing. The hostess was so kind and didn’t speak English but with google translate I’m sure you would have no problem. We spoke in Spanish
