My whole family and I had an enjoyable and memorable week vacation in this well maintained and fully furnished lovely home. The back of the house backs up to a serene canal that can be multi used for swimming, fishing and crabbing. If you are looking for a spacious house to accomodate a large group...this is the spot for you.

Beautiful clean central location easy access to everything

This beach house in Beach Haven West was in a great neighborhood and location! It was a 5-10 minute drive from the beach on LBI and we also paddle boarded in the lagoon off of our dock. One small negative was a misunderstanding about damaged blinds. We knew upon check-in that it was broken but didn’t know we were supposed to report it. We were subsequently charged for replacing the blinds. We recommend that future renters check for any damage and report it immediately.

Our family stay was relaxing and enjoyable, fun for all ages. The home and view of the canal were beautiful. We crabbed, fished and floated our way to a wonderful get together. We are so pleased with all of the amenities available and the perfect location. Just one thing I would to inform others of is that the floors become very slippery when your bare feet are wet so be careful. I had a fall in the kitchen while going to change from the outside shower and steam crabs lol. No worries just be careful ,and the crabs were delicious lol. Thank you. Brian

This house was perfect for my family the six of us had a great time. We brought are boat and the dock in the backyard was perfect ten minutes to the bay we had a lot of fun. The host Phyllis on top of everything any questions we had she was on top of it.

We loved our vacation at this house. The property owner was very responsive and we were close by to beaches (Jennifer bay beach and Ship Bottom were our favorite) and just a short ride to Fantasy Island. The lagoon view was beautiful. Overall, a wonderful experience!!

Had a fantastic week at LBI. The house was spacious, clean and very inviting with plenty of indoor and outdoor places to relax and read or sit by the dock and read a book. Close proximity to the beach, just across the bridge, made for a perfect vacation where we could spend our days at the beach, come back for a quick shower and then return the the island for dinner. Great location-beautiful house

We enjoyed our stay very much. Check in and check out was very simple. Great experience.

This was the perfect home for us. Close enough to the LBI beaches, 5 minutes, but just far enough away to enjoy a quieter area that was still on the water. As four couples, having 4 queen beds was a Godsend. There were plenty of seating areas too, so we weren’t on top of each other all the time. Phyliss ( owner ) was also very patient, prompt, and helpful answering all our questions. Looking forward to returning soon.

This house is a treasure, in a very nice neighborhood. Easy to get to and from the beach, free parking in Ships Bottom. Shopping and dining close by. Nice bike ride space if you have bikes, bring them. Perfect for our family of 5 plus two. Perfect for teens and kids, lots of places for them to feel independent, but covid safe because much less populated than other areas. Gorgeous sunsets and deck space for all! Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect!

Could not have asked for a better location. We were looking for a place with a boat dock and this was perfect. Our boat fit at the dock nicely and it didn’t take us long to get out to the bay. We did do a lot of relaxing which was what we were looking for. Communication with the owner was great. She was very responsive to my questions, answering quickly, and gave me all the information I needed to enjoy the stay in her home. We had a 360 view of the firework displays on the 4th, all from the backyard. Liked that the master bedroom was on the main level. Got my exercise in with the up and down the stairs to the laundry room (a good thing, not complaining). The house was immaculately clean and exactly what my family and I were looking for. Would definitely rent this property again.

The property was even better than expected. The house is spacious and comfortable. The upstairs is a great area with all the bedrooms and the extra TV/sitting area. Kitchen is stocked with everything! We loved the covered outdoor eating space. The yard is great for lawn games. And having our boat tied up at the dock was a bonus. Inside and out all was perfect! Great quick communication with Phyllis. We hope to be back.

We visit Beach Haven west every summer with our children now 4 and 8. This was our first year renting Phillis’s lagoon front home and we hope to return again over the years. The fenced in yard was perfect for our two kids who love to fish and crab. The inside was extremely clean and neat with beautiful furniture and appliances. I can tell this house holds many memories and we feel so lucky that we had the chance to create new ones with our family.

The owner was very helpful and supportive. The only negative was not being able to use the bicycles and kayaks.

Home was in pristine condition , comfortable and spacious. Location was near many good restaurants. Local beach very pleasant. We were very happy with our choice
