حُسن تعامل الموظفين. تلبية جميع الطلبات. سرعة الدخول والخروج. قرب الفندق من المطار. الهدوء وبعده عن الازعاج.

حجزت بمبلغ 320 دولار تقريبا ولكن تم خصم 420 دولار تقريبا. قالوا لي هذه ضرائب. علما بأنه لم يبين عندما حجزت في بوكينج. يجب أن العميل على علم بجميع تفاصيل المبالغ قبل الحجز وهذه من حقوقه. لست اعرف اين الخطأ هل من بوكينج أم من الفندق ؟؟؟؟؟

Excellent hotel with very professional and attentive staff. Clean, spacious and comfortable room (upgraded to grand deluxe). Beautifully decorated common areas. Breakfast was good with wide variety and very good service. Large gym area with many machines and exercise options. Professional room service and housekeeping.

Location is not optimal, although close to waterway 5A mall and close to conference hall. Pool area had loud music. No alcohol in hotel (but that's better for my health anyway).

The staff was phenomenal

limited access to restaurants because the hotel is in a residential neighborhood. For a tourist it will be difficult. Also, the hotel has no alcohol policy.

Everything was amazing we even extended our stay because it was awesome! The room was spacious, clean and luxurious, the breakfast was fresh and tasty. Miss Mai was an amazing help she gave us good offer and rate for our extension. Big thanks to her and the team.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, luxury decorations, i will visit again for sure and i recommended this hotel for friends and they liked it too 😍

Personeel was niet echt vriendelijk, we werden heel grof gezegd in de maling genomen door personeel van de receptie en van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd alleen zodat hun wat extra tijd konden geven winnen voor zichzelf alleen om wat extra geld uit ons te krijgen

Frankly nothing, they were rude unprofessional

The property over charged more than price stated on booking.com, the justification for overcharging but utterly laughable. They will use all the tricks in the good to extract more money than what you should have paid. What’s also disappointing Booking.com encourages those illegal practice, just be careful how much your price with booking.com is and what hotel demand. They have no legitimacy to charge you what doesn’t say on booking.com web site stated.. pure and daylight robbery. Shame

I was met by the Manager Lina, who was outstanding with her customer service, messaged me regular to see how my stay is, she guided me where to go for shopping. One of the best customer service by a manger.
