Our room was elegant, stylish, well maintained and had everything we needed for our stay.

The environment is quite conservative. My wife and I booked the 2 bedroom apartment with our male best friend that we haven't seen in two years because we thought it would be cheaper and more fun than booking two separate hotel rooms. I felt that we were being judged the whole time for staying together. Everyone was giving off the wrong energy the whole time and making repeated unnecessary remarks. We did not feel welcome or comfortable on our first ever stay in Cairo. On our last day in the hotel, I was offering Mustafa (the reception employee) a tip which I thought was very generous when to my surprise he smiled and demanded that I pay him more for allowing us to stay together which I thought sounded like extortion. In Mustafa’s mind, we were most likely having a three-way affair. Finally, I had enough of Mustafa’s remarks and unnecessary comments and decided to show him personal family photos to convince him that my wife was not a random hooker that my friend and I brought into the hotel. Mustafa finally apologized, after 5 days of extortion attempts and silly comments. The goal of this trip was to show my wife and best friend my country on their first ever visit to Egypt, but I ended up having to defend my wife’s honor to an uneducated, close minded village man. I would not recommend this hotel for mixed friend groups.

Staff was very helpful and polite. Rooms are big and well equipped. Very good location near shopping center.

The staff are top-level hospitality, clean apartment, and the facilities work fine, great great great location near to the AUC ,Mall 90 point, new cairo.

Great value for the price. The place is really clean and neat.. the service is great and the staff are super helpful. I left the hotel and traveled to another city, I received a call from them to inform me that i forgot my second phone in my room, I came back two weeks later and they handled me my phone with a great smile.

It’s preferred to have a car or a driver if you are staying in that area.

It's quite far to Giza which seems to be the central to everywhere , but it is a safe and quite environment. oh, and lovely apartments too. beautiful.

Clean apartment

Very pleasant stay, smooth and fast check in and check out. All staff are very helpful, professional and friendly. The apartment had everything we needed and more - fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV, etc. We felt right at home and had a very comfortable 2 night stay. The beautiful Point 90 Mall is a ~3 minute walk and has great restaurants, shops, grocery stores. Highly recommended!
