Ужасное обслуживание. Я заносила багаж-захлопнулась дверь. Я забыла пароль входа -звонила час администратору- трубку никто не брал. Босиком я ходила по подъезду и не знала что мне делать как зайти обратно. 2 часа босиком я ходила по подъезду пытаясь найти решение. Я с дороги очень хотела спать. Я стучала во все номера -все сказали что не знают как мне попасть обратно в номер.
Администратор ответила спустя 2 часа. Только после чего я смогла поспать. Если б она не ответила -мне пришлось бы босиком сидеть в подъезде всю ночь.
Так же был наезд за то что я не оплатила депозит. У меня никогда не списывается эта сума. Я всегда оплачиваю только за ночь. Часы работы на сайте и по факту так же отличаются.
Я считаю так -очень хорошие номера. Очень хорошая идея.
Но обслуживание просто ужасное - дождаться какого ответа можно сойти сума. И за депозит никто меня не предупреждал -деньги просто начали списываться с моей карты. Но у меня там был 0. Они не смогли списать дополнительную оплату двойную стоимость номера. Потому что сума у меня была только за ночь. За ночь списалось. А за депозит никто не знал. Уважаемые директора -пишите об этом. Не нужно наезжать на уставших людей с дороги

Great location and clean apartment. There was everything needed for cooking and short stay. Good instructions for check-in

we were moved to a different property as there was work on the one shown. the property was bigger and had plenty of room. the beds (sofa bed and double bed) were comfortable and clean.

Personally despite their space saving nature, I love the layout of the rooms. They feel extremely cozy and provide a very relaxed environment to spend time. I used the kitchen almost every night and cooked some much more complex meals without feeling like I didn't have enough room or like I couldn't clean up as I went along. Having an ALDI basically next door and a Bakery in the same building...Amazing for taking the stress out of self catering. Giving you more time to enjoy your stay.
The shower door wasn't properly sealed and leaked on the bathroom floor. Nothing a towel couldn't fix, but still. Also whilst I was there they were doing some renovations in other rooms and though this didn't actually bother me I feel it should be mentioned.

it was the perfect little apartment! great location and very nice kitchen and bathroom.
the floors could have been cleaned better before I arrived. the wifi was not very good in the afternoons/evenings. it also would have been nice to have a dish sponge provided so I can clean the kitchen/dishes, instead I needed to go and buy a big pack from the shop when I only needed one.

Destination is quite good. Behind the building is ALDI shop. Not far from the central square. Public transport are not far also.
One thing had happened what ruined everything. On the next morning something happened with electricity, it disappeared. I checked the plugs, but the problem was with something outside the apartment.
My work is totally connected with internet availability. I tried to reach owner through SMS, through social networks, through booking. And after a couple hours I gave up with this idea and went out looking for a place to work for the whole day. Yes in the evening electricity was returned, but I paid for a workspace, I spent my time and nerves to solve all connected problems.

Location is good, not far from the center and train station. The room is comfortable and more than enough for one person.

Everything was so dirty! The bed sheet was full of different types of hair, the carpet was dirty with mud stains all over it, the kitchen counter was sticky and so disgusting to even touch it. In the night cockroach were running all over the place.
Also, they give us the wrong room&code at the beginning, so we end up in a room where another person was surprised inside!
The wall were poorly built that you can the neighbors alarm from the other floors.
We called to complain when we stayed, no one cared. Then they contact JUST to say to delete this negativ comment.
We moved directly after the first night to another, clean apartment what was even much cheaper then this one!

Good location especially in front of an Aldi, also good kitchen utensils, bathroom size and ease of access.
The ladder was a bit uncomfortable to get up, the room got extremely stuffy and the bed area was so hot every single evening - we couldn’t figure out how the air con worked either so some instructions on that would be good.

The location was excellent, but the apartment was far too small and stuffy. In addition, there were numerous types of damage in the apartment that I needed to photograph and send to the manager.
The cost of an apartment does not correspond to its comfort.

The location was good. Plus provided an extra fan when asked.
1. Lot of communication problem with the staff. First they wanted me to fill and sign a document but when I enquire about it they say it isn't necessary.
2. Fridge was broken.
3. The sofa bed is not big enough for 2 people.
4. Wifi was not consistent and took over a day to get solved.
5. Shower was too small and leaked water. The bathroom floor was consistently wet. It was very tough to take a shower.
6. Some cockroachs in the bathroom.

no shelves in the bathroom to place cosmetics, not even a hook for a towel, ironing board broken - it had a significant dip in the middle so I couldn’t iron my clothes, the ladder up to the bed very uncomfortable and I needed to wear shoes to climb up and it was very close to the ceiling making me crawl up there. also the check in process was really problematic as I had to chase for entry details for about an hour since my arrival
