Everything was fine except the slow delivery of food for dinner in the restaurant in the evening. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was an unexpected bonus. The staff were courteous.

they dont tell you about any additional charges of their offered service. like they offered my pick up from launch terminal and early check in without telling me that these involved heavy charges. thetly charged my almost equivalent to my per night stay for pick up ans early check without confirming with me about the charges associated. very dodgy activity i will say. they mentioned they have balcony but in reality it is locked and they dont open it unless u tell them a serious reason to open it. absurd. thet charged me 1000 for pick up and for early check in they charged me more than half of my room fare. i end up paying 11k plus for my room whereas i booked it for 6.8k. just imagine just double without my consent. and all the restaurant menus got hidden charge of 25% in the name of vat and service charge. they mentioned it at the bottom in a very tiny letter which is not even readable. very dodgy business model. plus their wifi got backdated security standard which didnt allow my laptop to connect. i had attend meeting with my mobile internet which is absolutely disappointing. they have cob web in the ceiling fan as well. and full of mosquitos.

Everything is perfect. It’s a very good hotel.

No soapdispenser, just a fluffy piece of soap with no place to put in on. The balcony is closed. It’s a nice balcony with a good view, but hermetically closed. Not even an open window. I arrived very early because I came from the launch boat from Dhaka and had to pay half the price of a normal night. This is very bad service I think. in Dhaka I could stay till 20.00 in hotel The Capital because of my plane depart, without any extra payment. They appreciated very much that I came all the way to visit their country. That’s good service.

The hotel is very clean, the staff are very supportive and the buffet morning breakfast was really good. The location is in a very nice secluded place of Barishal town. Felt well to stay at the hotel.

The value for money is very high. The hotel is charging almost 85 usd per night but it is very high in a city like Barishal. However, there is no other hotel of this standard, therefore they are doing this monopoly.

I liked about the brekky tht they have variety of options including western, Indian & deshi.

They have the bizarre internal rules that visitors are not allowed after 7 PM & no food are allowed from outside. C'mon it's not a hospital, guests pay for it.
