In room dining is not worth the money. Low quality food and poor presentation style.

The breakfast was very good. It had different food choices, and the chefs took care of any special diet needs. The restaurant ambience was great, with the background music that was very soothing. Was treated to a live bansri music at breakfast.

Facility not close to the town or metro or some of the attractions. You have to take a taxi to see the attractions.

The welcome was outstanding and the place smelled beautiful

Poor management systems and lack of pricing transparency: 1. Hotel charged 10% plus over and above the booking.com estimated. The variation is expected with exchange rate change only. It is not the case with AUD and INR conversion rates. 2. On one night the hotel charged four times of our normal charges for a dinner; the hotel did not advise about cost on the day! Bad business practice. 3. ORIX drivers do not complete end of trip details before presenting the vouches for guest signature! The total hours are thus suspect eg for 100Km one way trip, normally it should by extra 100km with return trip (Plus May be 10-15 percent). For our Gangasagar trip the total hours charges in 297 hours for a 200km round trip. Also the car was sub- standard!

Excellent breakfast buffet, rooms were cleaned every day, Courteous and helpful staff. Overall lovely experience. It is near the airport, so you need to travel a bit to get to the main city.

The jacuzzi rooms are amazing. The rooms are well maintained and the staff are very friendly. My 4 year old daughter refused to leave

I was totally amazed by the attentiveness of the hotel staff! From pre-arrival where they ensured I had all information I needed to connect with my driver at the airport, to the reception I was given at the hotel where offering a warm memorable welcome was obviously important to them - just sensational. The room was absolutely comfortable with very nice bath products. The room service was efficient and the food delicious. I left very early the next morning but this experience has ensured that I will return again in under two weeks when I will be in Kolkata again.

We were upgraded to Taj club room with Jacuzzi and club lounge access. We were 6 family members travelling together. Everything from bfast to pool with instructor Prasenjit was just too good. Location wise, city centre mall and Inox can be accessed from hotel lift. This being our 4th visit, I. Looking forward to more.
