Great property, in a central location. Very spacious with everything need for our stay

The noise from the pub opposite The Walrus and late night revellers disturbing sleep at 4.15 a.m.

The location is good although being situated next to a pub and student accommodation on a weekend we were constantly being woken up. The set out of the internal fixtures and fittings are complimenting to the building and it’s original features.

On arrival to collect the keys from a separate location we were created by a man with his shoes off, feet up on a desk telexing and a lady on the phone who we spoke to, to get checked in. There was lots of dirt in sunken lights on the kitchen work surface, sofa bed is awfully dirty. Various marks and stains around the property making us feel dirty and not very settled. The constant noise throughout the night didn’t help and the shower didn’t work at one stage so we couldn’t wash. I tried to contact someone at around 20:30/21:00 but join one was available, I have not been contacted since.the extra bed was not made within the property even thou the new building where we picked the keys up from called ahead to check, this is just unacceptable.

Beautifully decorated apartment in lovely building

Used sheet left on sofa bed. Other bedding left for sofa bed (stored in wardrobe) had been used by previous guests and been left unwashed (several very unpleasant stains). The duvet cover on the main bed had been laundered, but was still stained. Staff did provide new bedding within a couple of hours, but with very little in the way of apology, and a manner that suggested they though I was being overly fussy. This was meant to be a luxury break for a special occasion and was spoilt by this issue. Very little in the way of 'welcome pack' (no fresh milk, fewer teabags than number of guests and one miniature pack of shower gel and shampoo between 4 people). Apartment on a busy road.

Great central location

Good location, lovely appartment, furnished modern and stylish, great kitchen very well equiped, wonderfull very big fridge with ice making mashine, loundry in a basement, comfortable parking place. Nice bathrooom.

We were very satisfied to stay in this appartment. There is quite loudly street near the windows but we used aircondition and not open it.
