The property is a great location near Las Olas with many restaurants and bars. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the staff was absolutely amazing!

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Take the bikes(free) from the hotel and go to the beach by Las Olas Blvd. There are free chairs and umbrella at the Ritz Carlton.

The staff in the reception desk is unprofessional and rude. At Check in time the night shift clerk was still working during the morning hours and didn't know how to operate the system. At check out we found mistakes in our bill, being overcharged for 3 days of valet parking we didn't use at all, we had 3 rooms under our name. We spent over 40 minutes at the reception waiting for the supervisor lady to come to help the desk receptionist who didn't know what to do. We had 7 people waiting for us downstairs and the supervisor, in spite we told her that we are waiting for her, kept talking with a couple she was doing check in for, who she seemed to be friendly with, and she was telling them stories about her dad and her problems with him. When I mentioned to her that we have people waiting for us and we need her help she answered in a very rude way and she said that she is doing her job and we need to wait. The conversation between her and the guests kept going for an additional 10 min and was about everything in the world except checking in to the hotel, and she was completely oblivious to the fact that other guests are waiting for her. We left the hotel without and updated bill and without knowing if we were reimbursed for the wrong billing. Worst customer experience ever!

I was charged for a room I didn’t receive and my funds still haven’t been reimbursed yet!!!

The hotel itself is well decorated and the lobby cafe and lady was nice. On our exiting morning the Bell hop guy- Hyro was helpful, patient and nice

The check in is confusing. We came in on a Friday night and it was busy, valet was busy and confused. Apparently there is a club there at same entrance so people are jumping out of cars. I didn't know what was going on. Needs to be a sign for hotel guests so we know where to go and a valet and bell hop just for that. Checking in was not pleasant when we got to the right floor the lady was helping someone but wasn't sure at right place as there's no signs and she didn't acknowledge me for 10 minutes so just standing there confused. There's alot of amenities but she ran through them so needs a printout or something.

I love the view from the room, the setup of the pool, the ballroom where there were music drinks that can be enjoyed. The shower was excellent walk in shower water pressure and the hot water awesome. The air condition blew so nice kept you cool and relaxed. You will get an arrival drink pina colada. You get shoes to go to the pool which I did not use.

The location is okay, there is no room service, you have to order food and leave your room to get your food, there is no information given on the events at the hotel, overcharge for 199.00 destination fees, 32.00 a night for valet parking, check your receipt, 25.00 credit, everything charge to the room even if you do not use anything. There is a 100-200 fee each night you stay for any incidents in the room which you get back. For two nights my fee was 583.00. Pillows too soft have to ball them up to sleep right. The lamp had a shortage kept flickering. The size of the room is small for the price.
