Location is great. Right across the street from the hotel.

Hotel is dated and in dis-repair. The terrace area above the gym, hallways, & pool area where strewn with garbage. Rooms are extremely dated and carpeting is absolutely filthy. It was a monumental effort just to get my bed linens changed/room "cleaned" Some members of the staff, especially the over-night front desk clerks are staright up rude. When it comes to customer service? NO CLUE.

it would have felt dirter to shower than to go with out. the layer of dirt, dust and whatever was spilled on the walls was cringy. we pulled the the sheets back just to ensure no creepy crawlies.

It was old and sad. Phone didn't work in my room and not fixed during stay. fire alarm rendered elevators inoperable yet did not sound in building, safety event. Mold all over shower curtain.

The location is excellent. Literally across the road from the beach. Our suite was roomy enough for 3 people and the beds were comfortable. A microwave and decent sized fridge is handy too

Our first night was in one of the smaller and I would say older rooms. It didn't meet our needs and was very dark and dingy. The bathroom probably could do with a renovation.

Terrible staff service, My reservation was prepaid and was asked to pay $15 cash to check in after waiting for a while, other ways he would of make me wait longer .. toilet was leaking, balcony door lock was broken. dirty place.

The location was good as it was across from the beach

The rooms, halls, etc had a smell, rooms paint peeling off walls, dirty, dust on walls, floors not cleaned, mattress needed to be changed, lighting in the room was poor. Needs complete renovation.

We loved the location too the beach. It was walking distance to a few very nice restaurants.

The ad clearly lied about everything except the price. The room with a beautiful view was a concrete roof that was not close to beautiful, it had a balcony that seriously two people would struggle to fit on, shaped like a small triangle. The bed was beyond horrible! The middle would deflate and felt like you were sleeping in a bowl. I stuck two pillows under it in the middle which slightly helped but was completely not worth sleeping on. That was our initial reason for leaving early. When talking to the staff who seemed barely awake, we recieved no help and was not able to move to another room. In the second night, The couple in the next room over started physically fighting at 5:30am. They threw literally everything in the room everywhere and in the hallway. Staff did nothing to stop this and it continued for over three hrs. When asked again to be moved the request was denied. At this time we decided to check out early and find another place. Having three days left on our reservations they only refunded one day, and yet again could not get ahold of anyone except for sleepy at the front desk and he was absolutely no help. I will never stay there again.
