We really enjoyed the place and the closeness to Gruene!

Condo is right off the main strip, putting everything in walking distance with a beautiful view off the balcony of the river. Very clean and peaceful wished I had of stayed for the whole weekend instead of a one day visit.

Unit is very spacious and clean. Beautiful view of the river. Very easy walk to everything in historic Gruene. Went to all the shops, Gristmill for dinner then concert at Gruene Hall. Such a cool little town! Will definitely be back!

Perfect location to walk everywhere in Gruene

The check-in process was very easy. There was a little mix-up with e-mail being sent, but it was worked out very easily! There were plenty of towels and everything seemed very clean. The bunk room was a little crowded. I think the room would feel bigger if the bed was against the wall. The bathtub/shower was a little slippery and may need some grippers on the bottom. All instructions were clear and precise except for what to do with sheets and towels at the end of our stay. We stripped the beds and put all used towels in the hallway by the washer/dryer. Overall, I am very likely to stay here again!

The layout of the condo is quite nice and peaceful. We could not get the tv in the main living area to operate correctly. It was stuck on one channel. Called the after hours number and a friendly voice on the other end directed us but still couldn’t get it fixed. We were never able to park in our designated parking spot (not a big deal because there were a few open spots available, but another vehicle was always in space 103). This was a comfortable place but I wouldn’t call it luxurious. Beds (mattresses), sheets, pillows & towels were all ok but not overly comfortable.

River City Resorts wasted no time in placing us in another condo instead of having us wait for the AC repair on a holiday weekend. The management company is top notch and super responsive. I would highly recommend using them to book your next stay in Gruene.

Well situated. Walking distance to Gruene Hall & Gristmill. Quiet, lovely view from balcony. Interior could use a little TLC, but nothing major. Mattresses sink in the middle and are very soft in the center. No answer from maintenance when we called regarding the window. Furniture was dusty, broken slat on patio, cobwebs under cabinets in the kitchen, ac was set at warm temperature and that could not override, and one window wouldn’t lock. With new mattresses, and a good cleaning, we’d definitely return.

Book your stay here! Amazing location! Walking distance to Gruene Hall, resturants and downtown. Condo is very clean and cozy and had everything we need for an amazing stay. Oh and parking too - bonus!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We spent the weekend shopping and enjoying Gruene with our 6 & 8 yo girls. The location is great, but fair warning that other tenants coming in from concerts at midnight can be rather loud and disruptive as they make their way to their rooms.

Everything was comfortable and such a great location to enjoy Gruene! We look forward to visiting again!

Overall nice property. However there were a couple of negatives the tubs are slick & dangerous a fall hazard for sure. Bath towels are extremely small for even the shortest of people to dry off with. Hair dryer handle was broken so was glad I brought my own. Queen mattress in 2nd room was terrible & required the other couple to sleep in bottom bunk of 3rd room on the last nights stay. Just items that we felt needed some attention. Overall it's a very well maintained condo.. Thank you

As stated for my review entitled “Fun Times in Gruene - Room #1”, we booked 2 rooms. They were clean and well stocked. The pool was nice and refreshing. There are several restaurants within walking distance of Village at Gruene which made it very easy for us to go eat at. We all said that we’d definitely come stay here again!
