I brought my Mom here to celebrate her birthday for a long weekend getaway. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. Like they say, LOCATION-LOCATION-LOCATION!!! It was perfect! And what an awesome view of the river from our patio! We didn't get to enjoy the nice pool and waterfall, but it looked very inviting. The condo itself looked older from the outside, but inside, it was very roomy, clean, nicely decorated, stocked with everything we needed. (There was a coffee machine, but make sure you bring your own coffee & fixings!) We didn't want to leave. We were right in the middle of all the fun, including lots of awesome shops, restaurants, bars, and entertainment, including live music at multiple venues. There are also many services available in walking distance. DoorDash even delivers in case you want to stay in one evening. We have very special memories of this weekend and cannot wait to come back. When walking around Gruene, we looked at other condos, inns, etc, and agreed that we were happiest right where we were. We were on the 2nd floor and were so happy to see that in addition to stairs, there was an elevator that made it so much easier to haul all of our luggage, etc., up and down. And the self check-in and check-out process was simple and quick. Thank you so much! It was amazing and we all HIGHLY RECOMMEND this VRBO!!! It won't disappoint!

We were 3 couples attending a concert at Gruene Hall. The condo was exactly what we needed. Three bedrooms- 2 queen beds and 1 king. 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with everything we needed and a quick few minutes walk to everything in Gruene. I definitely would stay here again.

This cute condo is right down from the Gruene downtown area just a short walk to Gruene Hall and shopping. The shops were super cute and there was live music playing on the patios and green spaces. The condo beds were comfy although the 2nd bed ceiling fan was loud and unusable. Luckily my sister travels with her own fan. Place was clean and had the basics. We cooked breakfast every morning and then ate out at the excellent restaurants around town. The dining chairs are a little unstable. The legs probably need to be tightened. Overall a great stay and we would book again.

Perfectly located in the heart of Gruene literally in walking distance of everything!!!! Such a pretty property and the size was perfect for our party of six.

Great location. Very clean. Very chill during the weekdays. We watched deer off the back balcony. Somewhat of a party place on the weekend which is not unexpected due to its location. Also, air conditioner works great which was a plus for the 108 degree days. Would be nice to simply the door code.

We enjoyed the convenience of this unit being located to so much of the area that we like of the town of Gruene and was able to walk to everything.

It was ok. Noisy neighbors had a big Party on the balcony next door. AC did not work until our last night there. Couldn't open windows because of the loud neighbors and music. Will get a house next time.

1. When I received to email confirmation, there was no information about next steps: When should I expect to get entry information etc. That should be part of your confirmation. 2. Run every sink and flush every toilet before you rent. Not a big deal, but faucet in guest bath tub was almost impossible to shut off.

We came to Gruene for our nephews wedding and when we rented this condo I didn’t realize exactly where it was. When we arrived I was amazed at the location! It was perfect, close to everything . The condo was very nice and clean. Also had the best views from the balcony! I would definitely rent again.

This was a great place to stay with close proximity to everything in Gruene! Gruene Hall, fabulous shopping, terrific restaurants, and amazing views of the river from our balcony! Easy access to the river down the scenic pathway!! The pool was small but enjoyable with beautiful waterfall!💦💦 I think our major dislike was the decor. The sofa was filthy as well as the chair. None of us would even sit on it. The glass coffee table was out on the balcony!😳🤔. Glass furniture is not a great idea for a rental. The bedding was outdated and outdoor furniture needs to be updated. White comforters, white shower curtains and white window treatments would do wonders to this place. Target or Walmart have these items for very inexpensive and would be a fantastic improvement. Elevator was dirty and smelly. Outdoor patio needs some love. With that being said, we had the best girls trip EVER!!!

This condo was awesome it was perfect for our family. The view from balcony was great. And it is perfect location to walk to everything. I had the pleasure of texting with the operations manager Serstin and what we needed was accommodated very smoothly. We will definitely be staying here again

Fine. Underwhelming. Great location. Clean save for caulk mold in tub. Could use large mirror, makeup mirror, and drawers in bedroom. Comfortable couch.

Loved being able to walk down to the river and see the deer! Drinking coffee on the balcony with a beautiful view was great!

It’s hard to not have fun in Gruene!! The location of condo is great, however the living room furniture is really old and broken down; sofa very uncomfortable as well as the chair. Back porch is filthy; bathrooms were not clean; overall very disappointing. The pool surround is broken in several places and my grandson cut his foot on it. Overall the place needs a lot of work.

The Village at Gruene was great. Great location. Can’t wait to come back!
