Up three flights in a very narrow stairway brings you to a nicely updated two level apartment in a fantastic Lisbon neighbourhood. Space is a bit tight, but there is everything needed and the view from the top level small terrace is the best. Communications with the rental agency were fine. Too expensive to arrange for a late check out.

We had an amazing time at this property. The check in was easy and very personalized ensuring that we knew how to work everything and where we could find all of the items. We were so appreciative of this extra time. Our favorite part of the apartment was the roof top patio which we enjoyed in the AM with our coffee and at night with wine and laughter. It is close to several great restaurants and bars and just far enough away from the commotion of the super touristy areas. We would recommend this spot highly to others!

Spent some very nice moments on the terrace of this great apartment. Fantastic place, fantastic location, very friendly welcome. Bathrooms were a bit smaller than expected. Don´t bring large suitcases as the stairway is quite narrow.

Stayed with our family of 6, and right from check in Antonio made us feel welcome! He set the tone for the rest of our stay! The flat was clean, well equipped and charming. Thank you LVP, we would definitely return!

Good place for the value. Amazing view of the city. The apartment had a few issues, including windows and doors that wouldn’t shut properly and very small bathrooms, but nothing that we couldn’t work with. Would recommend for groups!

Ana was the most professional and prompt welcome person. The apartment was great. It was hard to tell that both bathrooms were on the bottom floor, so the trip to the bathroom in the night was little tricky on the stairs! Super well stocked apartment in the coolest neighborhood.

We stayed there with a group of people for 4 days and were amazed of the beautiful view from the balcony. Everything was handled really well. Definitely recommending this place to others!

My family and I stayed at this location for 5 nights during our trip to Portugal. There are several positive and negative aspects that I think would be worth mentioning. On the positive side, the location of the apartment is great. It's very close to great coffee shops, markets, and sites. The balcony is wonderful and I loved sitting there early in the mornings and late at night. On the other hand, during the last few days of our stay, we could smell the sewer in the apartment which was quite unpleasant. There was a misunderstanding where I thought I had paid for the apartment in full and when my family (all of whom are >70 years old) arrived before me, they were told they cannot stay in the apartment until they pay for the rest. This resulted in quite a lot of distress because they did not know that they had to pay and were left upset over the manner in which the property manager spoke to them. We were not given the key to the supply closet and were instead told to buy trash bags and toilet paper. Even though the property description says that the space can hold 8 people, I would not recommend staying here with more than 5-6 people. All in all, we had a fantastic time in Portugal but would choose a different place next time.

The place was exactly as expected and met our expectations. The check in process was terrible. The agent was in a rush to get to another property. She immediately started the paperwork without giving us a tour. She asked if I would mind if she took a picture of my passport. As I was saying NO she took the picture. This made me very uncomfortable. The deposit could only be refunded by pay pal. I was not prepared for this as the information read credit cards would be accepted but did not state the refund would not go back to my card. After this process another agent stayed and gave us a tour and good information.

We really enjoyed our stay in Lisbon. We were easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see and the balcony patio was nice to have.

Stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed the place very much....it has all you can ask for....close walks to all the sights. We should have stayed longer.

The apartment is well appointed and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The photo of the view from the balcony is 100% accurate and provides a simply gorgeous view of the city on a nice sunny deck. The property managers were very helpful in getting us checked in and checked out.

Apartment is in a central spot close to downtown and several museaums. Also convenient to the Metro for easy commuting. Hosts were great in meeting us and checking us out on the other end of our tripWould highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay in Principe Real from start to finish. The apartment is close to great restaurants, parks and shopping. We walked everywhere! Views from the rooms and terrace are breathtaking. The managers are extremely nice and helpful, giving us great advice on where to go and what to do. They were also very kind and understanding when one of our children ruined a set of sheets. This is a great option for active people- might be difficult for elderly, because of the stairs, but we loved everyminute of our stay.

Bei der Übergabe der Wohnung verlief alles reibungslos. Die nette Managerin hatte dann auch noch einige Tips für den Aufenthalt in Lissabon. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden und sie war blitzblank Die Betten sind prima.Vor allem haben wir abends den Blick über die Dächer von Lissabon und den Teijo genossen-traumhaft. In der näheren Umgebung fand mal alles was man brauchte, Bäcker, Supermarkt, Hähnchengrill(super) und Kneipen. Unsere Gruppe mit 6 Erwachsenen-3Paar hatte eine tolle Zeit in Preal I. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen!

We were 7 lady’s, and the apartment was big enough, so the apartment was everything that was advertised. Managers met us on time. Very practical location is you want to be in a quiet. The apartment was very clean and airy feeling with hardwood floors. Nicely equipped kitchen. The staff was kindly and very helpful. We'll defiantly come back.

A very nice place in a pleasant neighbourhood. Bus, restaurants and cafes at few paces. We enjoyed being there with our three teenagers. The beds are perfect and there is everything you want in the kitchen and the bathrooms. Be aware that there are steep stairs to reach the flat and no banister in the apartment stair. Beside the pleasure of having fresh air, the terrace offers good sightseeing on Lisbon. We were welcomed very well. We’ll go back.

The apartment was everything that was advertised. Managers met us on time. The transaction was free of any trouble. Beautiful view from the upstairs terrace of the River, bridge, parliament building and old section of Lisbon. Bathrooms are small. Kitchen is perfect size. We cooked several meals here. Loved this place. Walking distance to most sites.

Great views, generous bedrooms and all the amenities. Loved having coffee on the deck and enjoyed the privacy of three very separate bedrooms plus the added bonus of a washer and dryer. Cute restaurants and markets close by. The flights of stairs up to apartment not for the faint of heart. We LOVED Lisboa and staying in this very comfortable and cheerful apartment. Bring your best walking shoes---Lisboa is a town of many hills and cobblestone. Great place to unwind after visiting the many sites---very much enjoyed our side trip to Sintra. Portugal---underrated and undervisited.

We found the service to be top notch, as if we had stayed in a hotel. The apartment was clean and spacious, just like the photos on the website, and the view from the terrace breathtaking. The neighborhood was also prime, allowing us to walk everywhere. I would highly recommend this apartment!

This is a fabulous property. Clean, spacious and in a great location. And what a fabulous kitchen - everything we needed to make meals -even spices, coffee, tea and wine! The three bedrooms with three very comfortable king size beds were a luxury compared to other rentals we've had. The terrace with a georgeous view was a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. The location was very convenient - nice restaurants and grocery store close by. We hope to return some day soon.
