Appartment needs updating. Insufficient cooling system especially the bedroom. Loved the complex and location but won't be using this Appartment again. Sorry

Great holiday. The location is TOP. The apartment is clean and nice with a great pool. Maybe just a tip for the hairdresser: add some small cooking utensils for 2-3 people in the kitchen, some cushions for the loungers on the terrace and some shelves in the bathroom. All in all, I highly recommend the apartment.

Stayed at royal gardens numerous times but on this occasion we was disappointed with this apartment. Bed was very hard, pillows very hard lumpy and old with brown stains not a big cost to replace. Only 2 towels to which both had served there time. Room in need of some TLC.

Lovely well fitted apartment and totally gated. Everything you need including washing machine. Only fault not with the apartment was at pool no umbrellas

To small no shelves in the bathroom no where to put cases i can't see how they can advertise it for 4 people, even if we where with young children the wardrobes are not big enough for 2 we had leave things in the cases, shower overflows the water did not run away and no where in the shower for soap or shampoo, had to put everything on the washing machine all right as long you dont put it on ,then it all falls off and lands on the floor,tv only had channel 4. all in all i would not recommend it to anyone

The flat is well equipped for a great holiday. It has a large sunny balcony and is within a beautiful complex which is well situated for walking on flat promenade to Playa de Las Americas or Los Cristianos. It is very close to a beautiful beach. Host checked in with us once we arrived to see if everything was ok. We had a great holiday here and hope to visit this flat again.

Incredibly nice area with lovely pool and close to everything. The apartment has great views of both the sea and the pool. Unfortunately, the cleaning was not so good when we arrived. Also missing some towels and bed linen. The apartment is great for 2 but slightly too small for a family of 4 like we were with teenage kids. Best Regards Henrik and family

This was already our third stay in this apartment. We stayed for three weeks and had again a fantastic time. Excellent location, close to the best beach, bars and restaurants. The apartment is comfortable and has all you need. The beds are good, the airconditioning works perfect and it is really nice to have a washing machine. There is a nice swimming pool with enough space and sunbeds. The apartment complex is very clean and quiet. David arranged a few extra cleaning sessions during our stay on our request. He reacts very promptly on any question. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. We would recommend this property to anyone. Thanks David.

Had everything you needed, would book again

Unfortunately this was marred as my wife was in hospital most of the holiday. As far as the resort location, amenities and cleanliness it was excellent.

This apartment is in a fabulous location. It is well equipped, with air conditioning, ceiling fan and a powerful shower with constant hot water. We had a good night sleep each night during our stay, bed very comfortable to our liking. My partner and I will defiantly use this apartment again. Thank you David.

The property was good for my needs, in a lovely location. My friends were in another property in the same complex so ideal! Pool area is great with loads of sunbeds and right beside beach too for beach days. Washing machine didn't spin towels, so still very wet when they came out is the only issue everything else great. Thank you!

The property is in an excellent location, right on the beach. I think a little clarity concerning the bedroom would be helpful. Cant think of anything negative to say about the property.

Quiet apartment in a great location. Apartment had everything we needed and the balcony had the sun all afternoon which was perfect. The pool was lovely and it was all well maintained and clean.

We love TRG, so central to everything yet quiet. This apartment was perfect for us as a couple. Air con, TV, lively south/west balcony. Will definitely come back again.

Lovely property in great location, very compact but ok for 3, 4 persons may be a struggle as not much storage space. No hangers in wardrobe, but was able to buy some from a local shop. Overall would stay again

Lovely holiday however a little surprised to say such major maintenance on the pool area that we were unaware of. We still managed to sunbathe on terrace but would have liked to be made aware

The complex is very quiet at night. There’s no entertainment in the day or night.But you have plenty restaurants and bars only a couple of minutes walk away. We felt very safe at the complex. There’s 3 entrance points into the complex that are all locked. 1 entrance point you need a code to enter and the other 2 entrance points you need to use a key to open the gates.The apartment is very clean and modern. New sofa bed that is very spacious size. The apartment has a nice decor. Air con,washing machine,tv has uk channels,iron,ironing board,microwave and a safe. The balcony is a good size that has a pool view and to the left a sea view. Theres a dining table with 4 chairs and also there’s 2 sun loungers on the balcony.The balcony gets the sun from around 14:00 until sunset. The shower bracket for the shower head needs renewed. You can’t have the shower on fully as the shower head then raises up and the water goes over the top of the shower glass. So you have to use the shower at a reduced speed. The WiFi didn’t work at all during our 10 day stay. We tried numerous times and it wouldn’t let us connect.My wife and i had a 3G signal so we could still get internet access with that,however our two boys couldn’t use their iPads at all for the duration of our stay in the apartment. We messaged David about this a few times throughout our stay and he said he would get someone to come and fix the problem for us but nobody came. I’ve since read some other reviews and this has been an ongoing problem going back 1 year. All in all i would stay again if the shower and WiFi was fixed.I’m giving my overall rating 3 stars based on these 2 issues however if it wasn’t for these 2 issues i would have had no problem giving 5 stars.

This apartment had everything we needed air con big balcony with sunbeds comfy bed and sofa fully equipped kitchen English TV channels 30seconds walk to pool and 1mins to everything else we loved it ideal for a couple or family with one young child we will be staying again

Never stay at this apartment again. No Air Con. Bed was terrible. Fridge freezer made a terrible noise so couldn’t sleep. Everything in this apartment is dated or broken. Not Happy at all 🙁�🙁�🙁�

Apartment perfectly placed for us. Great view and complex area was well kept, pool area lovely and quiet! Apartment was listed as 1 bed however it was more of a studio. No problem for us but may be for some. No wi-fi in apartment. Small but well equpped with a lovely sea view, pool facing terrace. Bedding could do with an update. Would stay again.

We had an excellent stay in this apartment. The location within the complex is very good with pool and sea view. The location of the complex is also excellent on the edge of PDLA heading towards LC. There are all types of activities/eateries on the doorstep and quality walks in either direction. The apartment itself has an excellent shower and good quality appliances. Size wise it was perfect for two. The balcony is large, private and has the sun from 11ish to sundown, top quality!!The WiFi was a little iffy during our stay although the owner was trying to rectify this. We would definitely rent here again in the future.
