The view of the room was perfect (Mt. Hallasan). Close to the night market.

The staff could have been more helpful. I got a call that I need to check out 30 mins before the check out time.

3 people in the room but only gave two towel. Had to ask from counter almost everyday. Staff was friendly to assist.

The Location while out of the way did have a really good view from where we were staying especially of the mountain. Staff were nice.

The room did feel cramped and the door the bathroom kept jamming. Also the TV whilst connected to the Internet didn't let us share our phone screen on the TV or did it have netflix or YouTube access. Because were not fluent in Korean it meant we couldn't enjoy the great size TV

it’s reasonably priced considering the size of the room and level of comfort.

The front desk / receptionist displayed zero hospitality and despite she spoke no English , she didn’t make any effort to make the experience any better with her attitude during our check in and 3 nights stay. There was a large group of soccer students occupying the hotel during our stay, they were throwing trash outside the common corridors and it was unsightly. Hotel didn’t ensure that the common areas were maintained considerably for other guests. parking was also an issue as they had limited lots and even when we returned to the hotel early at 6pm there wasn’t any parking available for us and we had to hunt for public parking some distance away and it wasn’t helpful that it’s a chilly season. We booked a mountain view room and we felt cheated that it didn’t match up to expectations as we were given a different view and was told hotel is full.

Ideal location. There’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Very convenient to travel around. Lots of eateries. There’s a microwave at the lobby to heat your meals. Hot/cold water dispenser too.

Rooms are not sound proof. Very noisy. We could literally hear everything happening at the next room.

Lovely room and helpful staff, and the location is good for many sights or transport in Seogwipo area. There is a bus stop for certain buses right outside the hotel, although not far all buses (like the airport one/s: 600; 800). The breakfast, which can be paid for daily if you wish is amazing - a buffet and a mix of foods.

There was confusion about the Halla Mountain view room which I thought I'd booked. Either way, they upgraded / changed my booking for free.

Proximity to the market and food street.

It’s rather basic and the staff were not helpful when we need help with information and directions.

Don’t try to save money and stay in this hotel. Very disappointing stay. Thought that Shin Shin is well known but apparently not. 1. Not sure if this applies to many hotels in Jeju but note that there is only heater and no aircon. The heater can only be set at 25 deg and above and once the room temperature reaches the degree set, it stops operating. The engineer came up to help, he was helpful and friendly. But the only solution was to open the window and sleep if we want air circulation, which is rather ridiculous because the air was very dry. 2. Only 2 pillows and 2 smaller pillows was given. So we requested for 2 pillows at night and the front office said that the housekeeping isn’t available at that timing and we can collect at the reception the following morning. We went down to collect in the morning and the staff rejected to provide us the pillows. Only after telling her that the receptionist we talked to last night agreed, then she sent us 2 pillows. Not to mention the pillows are very flat and one has stains on it. 3. Room is extremely small.

Good location, bus stop is infront of the hotel bus to airport is 10 minute walk away.

request as twin room but it’s not avilable, may be that room was look for group of student. the certain in bath room was old. The towel was ild and hole.

it wasn’t clean, the bathroom wasn’t clean, cracked tiles, the shower curtain was full of grime, carpets not clean, curtains & nets were dirty, the room/hotel/corridors have a very unpleasant smell. staff were very rude and unfriendly upon check in. do not recommend
