CLEAN because there is a no shoe policy inside the hotel. 5. Reasonable price. 6. Cute white building definitely instagram worthyyy.

- Mannerless when I asked about refrigerator in room. They selectively reading. Only responded to questions that requires extra charges. For example RM30/per for early check in, RM50 per visitor(???!). TOO MUCH OF UNNECESSARY CHARGES. - They even asked for RM100 as deposit upon check in and told me that every hotel does that, which is unacceptable because it is not written in booking, and they totally not even a proper hotel. - No free parking as per mentioned in booking. There’s even a cone written RM25 were placed in front of property by them. IT IS SUPER DIFFICULT TO GET A PARKING HERE. When I asked, the front desk didn’t even assist but just said : oh we don’t have parking, please find your own at roadside. - No stairs. - No photo of room could be provided as I am super frustrated about it and totally do not feel like taking any photos zzzz

Nice property with a lot of potential to become a good Hotel Boutique. It is a new and cozy hotel. very well decorated.

They need to improve the supervision of the room before sell it and improve the daily cleanliness. Problems I had during my stay: 1.dirty bed linens as soon I get the room 2. safe code was not working 3. shower keeps hot for few minutes 4. during 3 days, nobody showed up to clean the room, replace the amenities and take the trash out 5. Staff needs improve the “hospitality behavior”to welcome and greeting guests, give information and offer help as take the luggages up and down (2floors) Also, there is a food truck court behind the hotel that plays loud music until 1am.

The room is small but cozy. Myself and my significant other had a good stay throughout our 3 days in Penang. Housekeeping is decent, available even on Sundays. Our room and the public areas of the hotel is exceptionally clean.

If you are driving here, parking is bad in the area. I would suggest park at the paid open car park near Cititel express Penang, unless you want to try your luck parking near the hotel (only able to park near the hotel once during the check-in day).

Location is good.

Long check in waiting time, reception work very slow, bad impression as reception can even chit chat with the cleaning guys and keep us waiting at the counter. Noisy renovation is in progress and the peoples walking around the floor. Tv is not functioning. The balcony is so “BIG”, please see the image. Inconvenience, shoes have to put at ground floor, wifi lousy, screenshot proven. Aircond will suddenly turned off. Room got smoking smells, reception is so unresponsive when the owners are not there.
