Location and easy access to to the beach are what I was looking for and this place was perfect.

Staff wasn’t very friendly, not rude or anything but very blunt and some people might not like that very much, “my wife” but I’m not trying to make friends either and they answered all my questions accurately and that’s all I need so not really something I didn’t like but some people wouldn’t.

Great ocean view

Property was older but clean. Great view from the 4th floor balcony overlooking the beach / ocean. Location was great and a convenient walk to several good restaurants. Short drive or reasonable walk to other restaurants, Pier Park and grocery stores. Did appreciate the ability to park in the covered area on the Lower/ Basement level which was convenient for the beach and elevator.

Property was supposed to be a nonsmoking property. A number of people were smoking from their balconies which made it difficult to enjoy ours. A number of people violated this policy on the premises and the condo personnel obviously didn’t enforce this policy. Also, apparently this condo was not managed by Continental Condos. We had issues with the exterior door lock and the on-site office personnel could not / would not help with this. We called the Vacasa phone number and a maintenance person provided assistance over the phone and through texts. Also, we were refused fresh towels again apparently because Continental Condos did not manage this unit. This should have been fully disclosed at the time of booking. Might stay again in the future but would probably select a one bedroom unit instead of a studio. Studio was efficient but a little cramped, no dishwasher, no washer / dryer and no ice maker in refrigerator and no ice maker on any of the floors. There was an ice vending machine on the lower level.

No tv channels.was advertised as one bedroom full kitchen dinning room and livingroom. Was only one room like a motel room .not a condo.pool was small.

Love love the view....we were staying where we wanted , between 2 bars...so we could park and walk....

The room was too dirty, we pay 130 for cleaning, we really want a refund for this item and we will fight for that, we hoped a clean room for a comfortable rest but we were scared to use everything because we found dust at the floor at the kitchen at the balcony, for that price you can make an effort to keep all clean

Services for people trying to operate this place. The right hand didn't know what the left hand is doing. Too many things started off wrong to even get into. Stress from all the problems ruined my vacation. We actually left a day early and came home just to put and end to it. And for the price we paid it was a hard thing to do.

Perfect location!!

The only thing accurately represented in our booking was the beach front view. It truly was beautiful and the best part of our stay.

Room wasn’t ready at 4 as promised, when I inquired they said that the window was 4-8 pm and that “hopefully “ it would be ready sometime within that time frame. The unit was FILTHY, floors were disgusting, counters weren’t wiped, “extra bed/couch had debris and stains all over, shower had globs of products and hair stuck to walls. The unit was not as pictured/represented in posting, there were no bunk beds which was a major disappointment to kids traveling 8+ hrs excited to have them. It also meant that because the extra bed/couch was gross and small we had 3 people in the main/king bed. It was so bad I was in literal tears upon checking in. I asked for cleaning supplies and they told me that they weren’t responsible for our “unit” and to contact who we booked through. I reached out to booking.com and NEVER got a response. I had to clean the room the best I could with the 1 dish towel provided that night until I could go to the store the next day and buy my own cleaning supplies (after a quite high cleaning fee that was included in our booking fee) needless to say it was black when I was finished. There was also no washer/dryer in the unit as the description listed, there were coin operated machines on our floor but we planned on having a washer/dryer in unit an packed accordingly for that. I have never been so disappointed in a booking from booking.com and this is my first experience with a Vacasa booking which makes me want to steer clear of using that service again. We actually tried to find another place to stay but everything was booked, it was terribly frustrating to go on vacation and want to be in relax mode only to have to clean and feel anxious about unsanitary/unclean provisions.
