It had everything we needed, including sugar, tea and coffee. All the rooms were spotless and the bathroom is very spacious.

Nice quiet location

The house was a great home from home for us whilst we did a convention at the NEC. It has all the amenities you need, including a full kitchen and a cosy lounge with television and WiFi. There is also an ASDA supermarket a couple of minutes' drive away. The property also has a private parking space which was ideal for us and even worked for our large van. The owner was very communicative and we had no problems checking in or out. The NEC itself is about 10 mins drive away and the roads were clear every day. We will be making this our go-to property for future conventions at the NEC.

All of the beds are single, but we managed to push two together, so not a huge issue :)

Absolutely fantastic apartment perfect location for NEC and very quiet location well equiped

clean and tidy, larger than expected, close enough to resort world arena/NEC free parking on a quiet estate. Communication was good

sofas were a bit hard in living room, but we weren’t in the apartment for long
