Fantastic apartment, well kept complex. Equipped with everything you would need during your stay.

Very clean and well equipped. Comfortable furniture and beds. Apartment was ground floor and had two patio areas for sunbathing/ eating outside. Number of sun beds available. Although in a communal area it was very quiet and undisturbed. Close to shops and bars/ restaurants. Own parking place was good to have.

Our first time to Lanzarote. Property was great and a good location, within an easy walk for everything you need. Communication with the owner (Denis) was excellent, thank you for all your assistance . We will definitely be back 😊

Already familiar with location which suits us. It's elevated and a bit set back but easy access to local spar, bars and restaurants and to cucharas front. Communication with Denis and also Angie (on site manager) excellent. Apartment had everything we needed for a chill out three week break. Exactly as described, and on the occasions we used the pool we often had it to ourselves. We are in late 60 s/70s and just wanted a nice break. Had car for part of our stay, for the week we had friends with us to show them round the island. Used bus on other occasions and often walked the length of the front across all 4 beaches. Lovely. cannot find a fault.this place was what it said on the tin and more so to speak.from sleep to sunbathing even diswasher[only 2 of us but perfect for family].the only thing you need is food and yourself and your sorted.spotless and modern.dennis has a beautiful apartment and is full of info of the area and loads of reading books and games.would love to book it again in the near future.

Overall very comfy excellent WiFi and television. Only slight downside as lower floor some noise from above and nearby road

Spacious apartment with everything required for a great holiday. Close the seafront promenade, shops, restaurants and bars.

We stayed for 2 weeks with our teenage children. The apartment was lovely, spacious and clean. Pool area was peaceful and plenty of room for sun beds. Good communication with the owner and management company before our stay and whilst there. There’s a spa a very short walk away and the main area isn’t much further. Would highly recommend

Lovely property for a great price. Has air con so that was a bonus . The pool area was beautiful broken tiles however they were being repaired when we were there, you could tell that complex was well maintained . When arriving we had a late flight so dark when arrived . We did have a issue with the front door key however when putting the key in if you pull the door towards you and then turn you are able to access the property. We put all our cash, passports etc in the safe when arrived however the next morning we were unable to open the safe. We contacted the property factor as in the book left for information at the property ( not the Denis the property owner ) . We were unable to get through so texted, we received a text back stating ' If you have broken it you will have to pay' My husband persisted with the safe and managed to open. On another day the electricity went out and again we contacted her by phone this time. ' if you can go round the complex knock the doors and see if they have any issues' we did this , no one was home. We contacted her again ' if you can wait and see if it comes back on, there is nothing I can do, check the fuse box and see if you can reset ' After we had our apartment clean my t shirt went missing ( it was under my pillow, so a mistake when bed was getting changed) Contacted factor again said she would be out in a 4 hour window as had to get her mother and was busy this day . We waited in and never showed . Had to contact her multi times to get it dropped off. Not the best spending a day in the apartment when on holiday . Item was returned . OVERALL apartment amazing pool amazing, nice and quiet shop at the bottom of the hill ( property not suitable for people with walking issues ) 10 - 15 mins walk to town. Denis whenever contacted was amazing - Only let down was the factor agent, unhelpful didn't want to contact her in regards to other issues as felt whenever contacting her it was annoying her ( water filter under sink had not been changed in years however sign saying water ok to drink, it was not due to this and kitchen had smell as required changing ) for 2 days out of the 14 day break there was a smell coming from the bathroom, Upstairs apartment was having work done so believed it was due to this, however again didn't want to contact the factor in the even she tried to blame us. Change the factor i would give 5 stars

Loved this apartment- lovely and clean, welcome pack a surprise and fabulous location. Plenty large enough for 4 of us with two terraces but we only tended to use the one off the lounge. Pool area kept well maintained and the pool was plenty warm enough by the time we got down after lunch - it’s gated so you need a key with you. It’s pretty deep aswell which we all loved and there were never more than three families round it at one time and sometimes just us! Would highly recommend and the late check out was fabulous- thanks Denis 🙂

We had a lovely week at Denis appartment. Issues with WiFi were sorted out promptly. Home from home comfy sofa and bed large spacious rooms. Two terraces to sunbathe on. Worked off the calories by climbing up the hill supermarket and restaurants only 5 mins away or 10 mins brought even more choice. Hopefully return in future would highly recommend.

This apartment is well worth visiting! It is spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It is well maintained and contains all you need for your holiday requirements. Situated very close to shops, bars and restaurants and within easy walking distance to the beach. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone wishing to visit Costa Teguise and if anyone wants to visit Puerta del Carmen there is an excellent bus service which only cost 3 euros per person to get there. The apartment is spacious, very nicely appointed and well equipped. The two ground floor balconies make the most of the sunshine and offer sea and mountain views. There are ample sun beds. It is situated in a very well maintained residential block. The private swimming pool is in a secure area in a very attractive setting just a few steps from the front door. There are bars and a supermarket close by and it is just a 10-15 minute stroll to the beach. We do hope to return again next year.

Wow, what can you say. Lovely apartment in a nice location not too far from bars, restaurants and the beach. Furnished to a very high standard with everything you could need or want. Will certainly return and cannot recommend highly enough, thank you.

Fab apartment with everything you need. Conveniently located a few minutes walk from spar, restaurants and beach whilst also being in a quiet location with beautiful evening views of volcanoes. We stayed for 2 weeks & were pleasantly surprised to discover that linens were changed after one week & that floors were cleaned for us also. Relatives staying at Sands Beach were jealous of the space we had & the great price.

We were met at the airport by Angela and were in the apartment within 45 minutes of landing. First impression was of space and airiness and comfortable furniture, adequate for four adults. The apartment was clean, and well equipped as advertised. Aircon is available, but although the weather was perfect throughout our two week stay, occasional use of the fans in each bedroom was sufficient for comfort. Two features were available in addition to those listed on the website - a secure safe in the master bedroom and double filtered drinking water on tap. The latter was a real bonus as it saved the effort, and cost, of lugging gallons of bottled water up from the supermarket. Previous reviews have covered the location and time taken to walk to restaurants and bars etc. but they were just a pleasant stroll away. The only minor niggle was the tv reception in the evenings. The system uses wi-fi streaming which was fine during the day, with numerous English channels available, but later some channels were unreliable due to limited bandwidth. Both Denis and Angela, the manager, were prompt and efficient with their replies and help with any problems. This is the nicest apartment we have stayed in and we recommend it without any reservation Thank you Denis and Angela. Joan Lawrence

Lovely apartment which was exactly the sort of thing we were looking for. The location is a nice 5 minute stroll in to town. Everything in the apartment was exactly as the photos and description suggested meaning plenty of space for everyone. Everything was clean and well maintained meaning it felt more like a home rather than just a holiday apartment. The air conditioning in each of the rooms was a god-send after a day down by the nice and quiet pool. I have already recommended this to some people and will definitely look to book again when we next visit Lanazarote.

We have just returned from our second stay and have already booked again for 2018. The property is perfect for our requirements, location, homely, comfortable, clean, spacious, wifi, sky television, air conditioning and own designated parking. There was a problem with the dishwasher during our stay and as it was not repairable it was very promptly replaced with a new one. Angela is on hand and very knowledgeable and helpful if required (I needed a dentist). La Otra is our favourite local restaurant which we visited four times during our stay. The bus service is excellent and can be very busy at times but the location of this apartment means that you can easily get on at either the first or second stop so you always get a seat. This a lovely spacious apartment, well equipped for almost all of our needs. 2 of our party are disabled and inside the apartment is roomy and flat, the only steps are over a raised threshold on the patio doors. There is a good walk in shower which takes a shower chair. We hired 2 disability scooters from fab mobility which we parked/charged in the dining area without compromising our space. There is a ramp down to the apartment as it is on a lower level which is quite steep but we managed it. Its in a quiet location but not far from a good spar supermarket and a handful of bars and restaurants. Its about a 10 minute walk to the busy area where most of the bars shops and restaurants are and the beach. We go abroad regularly and found the beds in this apartment to be the most comfortable we have come across. We would definitely book to go to this apartment again in the future.

we just returned from our 2nd stay in Costa Teguise. Previously we had stayed at Sands Beach, but this apartment was much better. The apartment itself was clean and very spacious. Plus points:- Air Conditioning Laundry area with washing machine Well equipped kitchen with decent sized fridge and dishwasher Large amount of space within the apartment Very quiet pool area, frequently only 2 families at the pool Wifi If coming back to Costa Teguise we would definitely use this apartment again and have already recommended it to another family.

We had a wonderful stay at this appartment. Very spacious,clean and extremely well equipped. Pool was lovely and clean and very quiet. A few minutes walk is the spa shop and a few bars and restaurants and a further 10/15 minutes walk is the beach and lots more bars and restaurants. Costa Teguise is lovely with some lovely beaches. We hired a car for a few days, very easy to get around the island and some lovely things to do and see. We would definitely return to this appartment and would recommend to family and friends. Thank you Denis, your apartment is well equipped, very clean and beautiful. The air-con was very much appreciated, it was very hot. The kids were overjoyed with the Wi-fi. Pool area was clean,relaxing and quiet. Only 5-10 minute walk to some lovely restaurants and beach. Water park nearby taxi cost 3.50 euros, we used the bus to travel to Porto-Del Carmen - great water sports, can book on the day. Restaurants: offering something different - Oscars and the Mon-mart - these are located in Playa Bastian. Linda

The apartment was very well equipped, everything you need for an excellent holiday. It was very quiet and the sunny terraces just perfect for lazing in the sun and out of the wind. A short stroll to supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. We only had one hitch with the tv and Angie came and sorted it out for us within 24 hours, excellent service. We enjoyed ourselves so much we booked a return trip for later in the year while we were there. Would recommend this property for family's or couples wanting a restful break with easy access to all Costa Teguise has to offer.

Thankyou Denis for a great holiday. The villa facilities were very good with excellent UK TV and WiFi was installed while we were there. The water filter meant we did not have to carry bottled water. The villa is an easy 10 minutes walk from the beach and 20 from the town centre. The housekeeper provided lovely towels and linen and was very helpful when we had any queries. Costa teguise is an excellent vcentre for visits to the Ceasar Manrique installations. Best Wishes from John and Shirley
