We could not ask for a better location. Right across the entrance to the beach. The Hangout was right there too.

The condo was just right for my wife and I. It had everything we needed and was right across the street from the beach.

Such a wonderful place - great location, very clean, and the hosts thought of everything! I loved all of the "little touches" - paper towels, pump soap at both sinks, etc. - these just make it so much more of a pleasant experience because everything I need is right there. Thank you!

Great location close to all the action in Gulf Shores. Walking distance to the beach, bars, food shops, & shopping.

We had planned a beach trip for the 50th Shrimp Festival. It was great and we enjoyed the condo and its location! I love this condo for its location and old beach charm. I have stayed in this condo location many times! Always have a great time!

We enjoyed the location and the unit was clean and comfortable. Although next time we would book a unit with a queen size bed or two full size beds. Works better for us, but we forgot to check first. Great stay and we will definitely be back!

Bedding not changed or washed from previous guest. Sand in bed. Sand on floors. Sand on kitchen counters. Bathtub covers in sand. All towels wet and used.

Had a wonderful time, everything was in walking distance and we were rocked to sleep every night by music from the hangout.

Location was fantastic! Walked to beach, hangout, and restaurants. Kitchenette had everything you need- coffee pot,microwave,toaster,iron. Full size bed.very cozy for one or two people.

This unit was walking distance to several places we went. It was also very clean and comfortable.

The beach was right across street. Went to the Shrimp Basket a restaurant very close to where we were staying.

This is the second time staying in this building. Very nice, well maintained, clean, fantastic location.

My wife and I's first time to Gulf Shores and we loved it! Location was amazing! Cross the street to go to the beach, everything is in walking distance, secure and covered parking at an excellent price! Our property manager was great and went out of her way to make our stay one that will earn a repeat!

We had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable and the hostess did an excellent job of contacting us prior and explaining directions and parking. Checking is was a breeze and we felt at home!

We only used the room to change clothes in and used the parking space for a bit. The smell of the building and the unit itself was unbearable. My throat and sinuses immediately started to close up and my husband had an immediate headache. The room smelled strongly of old man cologne as if they were trying to cover up the musty smell. I'm sure for a broke person wanting to go to hangout fest or stay at the beach it would be okay but for us it was not a great fit. The rugs were filthy, there were crumbs on the floor and everything was dusty. We chose to drive 1.5 hours back home instead of staying in the room overnight.

It is a small nice clean place and we liked how everything was arranged. Last year we stayed in the same building and the breakfast area was not convenient. Everything is within walking distance. A few new restaurants were open in the area after Covid and we liked "Burro Azul", the "Hangout" restaurant across the street was providing a lot of fun all day long but was very loud running music till 1 pm on Friday and Saturday.

I was very pleased with my stay. It was relaxing and so convenient to anything that I wanted to do.

I could not have found a better place to stay. It was clean and we'll equipped with cleaning products all ready in the condo large amount of towels. A very comfortable bed the condo had everything that I needed. And as for whare it's situated you can walk to all the fun places in gulf shores within minutes*

Very small and clean place. It’s a great space for two adults. It’s right across from the beach. Less than 100 yards. There are also many great places to eat and shop within walking distance. You could park your car and never move it the entire trip if you choose. We would stay here again.

This was a perfect location for our weekend in Gulf Shores for Hsngout Fest. The condo was clean, full of amenities, and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

It was a nice stay with an accurate description

Very clean, amazing location, great stay! We loved being able to walk to the beach, restaurants and even the Dollar General. Cute, cozy little place perfect for a couple. Everything was exceptionally clean. The cleaning crew was leaving as we arrived. Lots of little extras like coffee creamer and filters made it super convenient. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of extra linens.

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The location is great, the owner was easy to communicate with, and the room itself was very clean. We loved the guest book that previous guest wrote in..we put the dinner suggestions to use. We will definitely book again in the future!
