Everything is exactly as described and as in the photos. The villa is clean and well maintained. The owner is kind and helpful

The villa is in a lovely location, a short walk to the fabulous Rubicon Marina and nearby beaches. The supermarkets are close by. We used local taxis to take us to Playa Blanca and the port for a quick trip to Fuerteventura on the speedy ferry. The villa was well equipped and clean. The pool was small but good and deep for the kids jumping in. Alex was really obliging and quick to respond. I’d recommend the villa and would book again if we return to Lanzarote.

Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Alles war super eingerichtet und so wie auf den Bildern. nur weiter zu empfehlen

We were there for four weeks and enjoyed “home comforts” as near as possible to our actual home. We used the washing machine every day and the dishwasher every second day. Thanks for the supply of tablets. The kitchen met all our needs as we self cater. The patio is shaded until 15:00 and we spent a lot of time there. One of us swam in the pool every day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Schönes Haus mit super Aufteilung. Vernünftige Betten , Badezimmer nahe Schlafräume, modernes Wohnzimmer, alle Räume lassen sich schön verdunkeln und Küche hat alles was man braucht. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit abgesehen von häufiger Lärmbelästigung durch feierwütige Nachbarn. Für Familien mit Kindern sei noch zu beachten das der Pool bei Benutzung, die Fliesen drum herum extrem glatt werden lässt und es keine Poolsicherung gibt. Der Vermieter war jeder Zeit erreichbar und hat sich umgehend um Anliegen gekümmert.

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartung vollumfänglich erfüllt. Grosszügige Zimmer, sehr sauber, schöne und ruhige Umgebung. Ein Mietauto ist definitiv vorteilhaft, dennoch sind Restaurants und Supermarkt zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Kommunikation und der Check in-Vorgang waren top. Wir sind spät abends eingetroffen und haben uns sehr darüber gefreut, dass eine erste Ausstattung bereitgestellt wurde (Toast, Kaffee, Milch, Käse....). Wir können die Villa weiterempfehlen!

The property was immaculate on arrival, and the welcome pack of food goodies was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. Communication with the owner was faultless from the moment we booked. The villa is around a 10-15 minute walk to the Marina, where there is a vast choice of restaurants, a Commercial Centre and a supermarket. We had a wonderful week over the Christmas period and thoroughly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing break in a beautiful location.

Wir haben eine Woche im Ferienhaus Villa Aloe verbracht. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung ( genau wie in der Beschreibung )und ließ keine Wünsche offen besonders die Küche ist sehr sehr ordentlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Da unsere Ankunft erst 22:00 Uhr erfolgte fanden wir es sehr aufmerksam dass alles vorhanden war, was für dass Frühstück am nächsten Morgen benötigt wurde . Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden dass Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen und auch selbst wieder besuchen. Dafür von uns vielen Dank

Es ist genau wie dargestellt. Sauber, modern und gepflegt. Die Lage ist wunderbar, waren zum 4. Mal auf Lanzarote und bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal in diesem Haus!

l La villa muy bien con tu piscina privada en un entorno muy tranquilo para poder pasar unas vacaciones estupendas. Marina Rubicon esta muy cerca y hay varios restaurantes que se come muy bien y nada mal de precio, también algún pub para tomarte una copa. El pueblo de Playa Blanca esta a escasos 2 minutos en coche. También esta playa papagayo y playa mujeres muy cerca de la villa dentro de un parque natural protegido, playas muy tranquilas y estupendas para pasar un gran día de playa. En general todo muy bien.

Arrived early, and were able to get into the villa, lovely welcome pack left for us, which was very welcome, villa was immaculate, very well equipped, terrace was a real suntrap, nice comfy sun loungers, and plenty of outside seating, WiFi was great, pool was cold and very deep, which was unfortunate for us, as 2 couldn’t swim, and the other likes to feel the bottom of the pool, but we are all on the short side, would highly recommend this villa, it was about 5 mins from the nearest supermarket and about a 10 minute stroll to the marina, where there are some lovely places to eat, also a bus stop around the corner (resort bus)

We really enjoyed our stay at villa Alloe. The place was super clean when we arrived and the welcome pack goodies where great, even toys for the kids to play with in the pool. Not to far from the entertainment in the area, we hired are car which was useful. Would definitely recommend this pace to people who are looking for a more chilled holiday.

The property was beautiful although it had WiFi it was not brilliant. Disappointed no UK TV channels available. Could be fit from some more local information - such as nearest supermarkets for those without cars - so 2 options in Marina Rubicom or closer at Papagayo. Also number to order taxis as they are so cheap wish we had known when we arrived. Just useful. No criticism or complaint just little tips to benefit any one renting. Needs more equipment - can opener, oven gloves, more pans as for up to five people 3 not sufficient. Pizza slice. More shelves in oven As dangerous and could not cook more than 1 pizza as only 1 shelf. No grill pan. Great property though and could benefit from air conditioning as an investment.

We has a wonderful family holiday in this beautiful villa. The villa had nice modern furniture and was incredibly clean. On arrival there was a welcome pack in the kitchen which was very handy after a long journey traveling with children! Outside the pool was perfect and very inviting, and nice comfortable garden furniture too. Out the front of the villa there are incredible views of the mountains, and from the two upstairs bedrooms there are beautiful views and you can see the sea! We hired a car which could be safely parked in a gated area right outside the villa, but you can easily walk to the nearest supermarket or a 15 minute walk to the Marina Rubicon. It really is a fantastic villa in a great location. I would definitely recommend!😎�

De woning is mooi en goed onderhouden, alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. Er was ook een welkomstpakketje van eten en drinken zodat je bij aankomst niet direct naar de winkel moest. Wij hadden een super verblijf

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, liebevoll ausgestattet und sehr reichhaltiges Equipment bietet.Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Von der Lage her ist es etwas abgelegener und befindet sich am Rande einer kleinen Siedlung, die scheinbar nicht komplett bewohnt ist. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich eine weitere Siedlung, die allerdings noch im Rohbau ist..Ein Aiuto ist hier auf jefen Fall empfehlenswert.

Wir haben zwei Wochen in der Villa Aloe verbracht. Das Haus sehr sauber, gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt und man kann sogar eine Zwischenreinigung vereinbaren! Die Terasse hat den ganzen Tag Sonne und ist geschützt - super zum lesen und entspannen. Die Gegend ist ruhig und sauber. Fussläuffig erreicht man den Hafen und Einkaufsgelegenheiten. Die Papagayostrände sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir kommen mit Sichherheit noch mal wieder :-)

Una casa genial. Hemos pasado unos días de vacaciones con los niños y hemos estado muy bien. La casa es nueva y muy bonita. Cuenta con todo lo necesario. Lo mejor tener piscina propia. El personal a cargo muy amable y atento. Cerca del puerto Rubicon al que se puede ir caminando tranquilamente. Zona muy tranquila. Han sido unas vacaciones espectaculares.

Sehr schön ausgestattetes Haus, welches etwas außerhalb von Playa Blanca liegt. Ein Auto ist daher empfehlenswert. Das Auto kann auf einem Abstellplatz vor dem Haus geparkt werden. Das gesamte Haus war bei Ankunft sehr sauber, die Möbel sind noch relativ neu und modern. Küche ist gut ausgestattet, lediglich das Besteck könnte reichhaltiger sein vorallem wenn das Haus voll belegt ist. Bei 2-3 Personen aber kein Problem. Praktisch ist die kleine Spülmaschine und die Waschmaschine. Guter TV-Empfang von 3 englischen Sendern und sehr vielen deutschen Sendern. Das Bett war für unseren Geschmack leider etwas hart, aber Geschmäcker sind ja verschieden. Der Pool war sehr schön und gepflegt. Wird einmal während des Aufenthalts gereinigt. Die Möglichkeit eine Poolheizung dazu zu mieten, wäre toll. Die Marina Rubicon ist wunderschön angelegt und hat viele empfehlenswerte Restaurants und Bars. Zu Fuß etwa 20-30 Minuten entfernt (beim Rückweg geht es einen Hügel rauf), man findet aber auch überall Taxis. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und würden das Haus definitiv weiterempfehlen. Very well-equipped house, on the edge of Playa Blanca. Therefore we would recommend a car that you can park on the parking spot right infront of the house. The whole house was very clean on arrival, the furniture is quite new and modern. The kitchen is well-equipped however there could be more cutlery considering this house can take up to 6 persons (with 6 persons you will only have one set per person). Very convenient is the small dishwasher and the washing machine. TV received three British tv channels and lots of German tv channels. The bed was rather hard for our taste but a lot of people prefer this. Pool was very nice and neat. Pool was cleaned once during our stay. It would be nice to have the possibility to heat the pool. The Marina Rubicon is very beautiful and there are lots of great restaurants and bars right at the water. It will take you 20-30 minutes to walk there from the house (way back is up hill thought) but there are also taxis everywhere. We had a great vacation in this house and highly recommend staying there.

Very nice house!!! The host was very welcoming and the house its in a very convinient place and almost brand new. Highly recommended!!

Pasé unos días con amigos en Lanzarote y nos alojamos en esta villa, simplemente magnífica!! Todo nuevo, con piscina privada por si no te apetece caminar hasta la playa (que está muy cerca), repetiremos seguro!!!!
