La villa est jolie avec la piscine privative et un bon niveau d équipement.

La villa est très excentree du centre ville. Elle fait partie d un ensemble de villas toutes identiques (nid à touriste) et spécialement construites pour de la location saisonnière donc sans âme et sans chaleur. Dans la rue en face, un autre ensemble de villas en cours de construction et laissées à l’abandon depuis 10 ans où les déchets, sacs plastiques et autres jonchent le sol. L environnement est glauque et on se croirait dans un quartier fantome.on ne se sentait donc pas rassurés la nuit. On n a passé que notre première soirée dans la villa et les autres, nous préférions sortir en ville tellement l environnement est spécial.. bref, très et trop cher pour la prestation. Pour 1300 euros pour 5 nuits, on s attendait à beaucoup mieux.

The house was as advertised and perfect for our family of four (2 teenage girls). Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked - we appreciated the coffee, milk, water and other staples to get us started! Located closed to Marina Rubicon and Playa Papagoya (beautiful beach!) and not far from any other site. Easy access to the house and easy check-out. We enjoyed the patio and pool - plenty of sunshine and shade.

The actual housing area was a little desolate - with a lot of condos in some sort of construction phase. We had neighbors on both sides and felt safe overall, but was just not expecting that.

There is damp in the kitchen and the lower cupboards smell. We needed to keep them open to try and improve it. No baking trays, measuring jug, grater or oven gloves. Need to do better for us self caterers!

Villa, pool and beds were all great.

Construction work that happened for 9 days of our 11 day holiday at the villa next to our property was hugely disruptive to being able to find peace and enjoyment of relaxing at the villa - the much-needed aim of our holiday. We had no warning this was going to happen and following each complaint customer service kept telling us that the noise would not be a problem the following day, but each day it was, plus having many construction workers climbing up ladders right next to us relaxing and sunbathing felt intrusive and intimidating. We were given a bottle of CaVa on the last day of our stay which was appreciated but didn't make up for the fact our much needed holiday had been spoilt by this. If we had been kept informed about what was happening and been given the option to move to another villa that would have made things seem better, but receiving no warning and being fobbed off with assurances that there would be no further disruption that was untrue made us feel that we were treated badly and without due consideration for the substantial money we had paid for the villa. There were no baking trays in the kitchen which was tricky and seems to have been mentioned in many previous reviews. There were no mattress protectors under the sheets on the beds which felt unhygienic in a hot country.

The property was clean, spacious and comfortable with everything we needed to have a great holiday. The whole booking process was seamless and Ana at the company was excellent at responding to us and making sure every query we had was answered promptly. The bedrooms are great, and the pool and outside area was large enough for our group of 6 to enjoy relaxing or having fun.

The location is slightly far out if there is a large group of you. We had 6 which meant we had to take taxis to Playa Blanca. If you have a smaller group a car is a must. However, the journey was quick and cheap and their is a lovely Marina which is easily walkable (20 mins or so).
